The staff was helpful and quickly helped me get a new room when the first room was musty, and I had no further problems with smells. (Taiwan is humid and mustiness happens.) I found the mattress uncomfortable and too firm, even by typical Taiwan hotel standards. Side sleepers may have problems with pressure points and stiffness. A Christian bible prominently placed at the bedside was too in the face. Any religious material (preferably including info on Eastern and local religious traditions) should be moved to a place where guests can pull it out if interested.

The staff service was great. Everyone was very helpful. The room is large but the area to hang clothes is very poorly designed and really not useful at all. No nightlight in the room. Pillows are too thick for comfortable sleep. Dining was mediocre at best. Breakfast offers good coffee and yogurt but little else that's appetizing. Dinner was just okay.

Limited transport is the norm in Taichung.2 reasons I didn’t like is the lack of gym facilities and purely just cardio machines.Another reason is I found a small cockroach while showering.Otherwise the hotel room size and design are not bad.

Really nice property. Would definitely come back here if I come back to Taichung. Walking distance to the Shennong Village and the Painted Animation lane but a bit far from other things. Didn’t help that the public holiday period meant that bus services were infrequent. But Uber/Taxis solved that.

The room was very spacious, and the price was phenomenal for what you got. The rooms are very new, and the bathroom that we had was split into 2 portions. One small room with a faucet and toilet, and the other room with the stand up shower, sink, and hot tub. There was a large window adjacent to the hot tub with a great view of Tai Zhong city. There was a nice restaurant downstairs. Staff was incredibly nice. The location is quite close to many shopping places. Overall, this place comes VERY HIGHLY recommended.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant offered good breakfast selection, and Italian food for lunch. Also enjoyed a nice evening walk along the park right across the street. Overall, I’m very happy that I picked this hotel in Taichung. Reasonably priced, extremely clean, conveniently located. Will definitely come back if I’m in the area.
