Plus if you really have an urgent situation, you can still reach them through phone call and they'll assist you immediately. Not to mention the great location of this hotel. With the great price they offer, this place can't go wrong.

Although it's a no front desk smart hotel, they still provide house keeping everyday. Also, if you have any needs, just contact them through Expedia and they usually response within 3 mins.

This what I would call a self service hotel. With only house keeping staff everything is self service, from check in to check out. Laundry is limited with only 2 washers and 1 dryer located on level 3. Everything is basic. Spoke to the house keeping lady, she is really helpful and friendly.
if you are looking for a no fuss hotel. this is it. located near cafes area good value.

Overall this hotel is decent. It is fairly clean with the proper amenities. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is sizeable. The sink is outside the bathroom, which was a different experience. However, make sure to check your e-mail for the room number and code because this hotel has no check-in staff. You would be locked out from the entrance if you didn't know the code. It was basically a help-yourself kind of thing. We only stayed for one night so I'm not sure how the housekeeping routine works.
