In the two months I spent in Taiwan this was by far my favorite hotel. The hotel has an amazing kind and helpful staff, who went far and beyond, making you feel very comfortable. The room was modern, big enough and cleaned everyday. The area (Zhongshan) was also my favorite in Taipei. Lots of food, shopping and entertainment. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Outstanding service by hotel overall, especially for my request for non-down bedding materials. Clean, efficient, friendly, courteous, attention to detail in every way. Great location close to main station and metro, steps away from multiple eateries. Would like to return to Taipei just to stay at this hotel. Hands down my kind of hotel.
