飯店還蠻新的，但是有很多地方還可以再改善；check-in很迅速，清潔人員也很有禮貌，房間整體來說還蠻乾淨的，但是隔音不好，容易被樓上活動的聲音吵醒，廁所管道的聲音也很明顯，一早就聽到樓上房客沖馬桶的聲音；房門的隔音不太好，早上八點就聽到房務打掃隔壁房間的聲音...一整晚睡得不太好。疫情當下防疫措施做得不到位，除了飯店內防疫設施不足（消毒酒精提供得不多），吃早餐的時候因為人數較多，帶位人員還問是否要與陌生人併桌（應該可以在入住時盡量做到早餐人數分流），前面的客人離座之後僅收走餐盤，卻未將桌面消毒。地下停車塲堆放許多雜物，機車恣意停放，建議飯店加強管理，讓入住的旅客感覺乾淨，整潔且舒適。

There was really nothing special about the hotel. Check In, Breakfast and parking were all very average. We showed up about an hour early (2pm) but was told to come back at 3pm for check in. We got a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. After several requests they moved us to another room that smelled much better. The room was ok, the beds felt like a cardboard box. For some reason the wall between the bathroom and bedroom was glass so whenever anyone used the bathroom, the whole room was lit up as well. We had some problem with the central air in the room. When we called down and asked about it, we were hung up on. Thinking this was a mistake, we tried several more time and each time were hung up on. We reported this to the front desk in the morning and they apologized. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of Asian and western style food.
