It is in great location and very convenient. Property manager is great and very helpful. We felt like at home. We liked our stay so much that we actually returned to this place within one week.

Stayed here as a family of four to explore Taipei and surrounding cities. Very easy to get to hotel from international airport (one hour metro express). We checked in at 10PM. Communication with the host was easy with WhatsApp. The area is in Taipei Main Station so it was so easy to go everywhere from here. Rooms were clean, spacious and floor was quiet. There is a fridge, kettle, washer/dryer, dishes and other items that made it easy to eat in the room. The remote for the AC is in Chinese but I used Google Translate to figure out the remote. I recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay! It’s clean and spacious, if there is more leg room between the beds and the sofa bed would be even better!

Location is excellent

Very clean apartment and a very responsive staff. We rented both sides for my family so we had two bathrooms. The main bathroom could use a trim to prevent the rest of the floor from getting wet from the shower, but otherwise a great stay. The location is super convenient right in front of the main train station. A coffee maker would’ve been nice and maybe a little laundry detergent, but luckily, we brought some. Definitely nice to be able to leave with clean laundry for the next part of our trip.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the location was definitely the highlight. The apartment is directly across from the main train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. There are several 7-Elevens and FamilyMarts within a short walk, along with a shopping mall nearby, so grabbing food, drinks, or anything you need is easy. Despite being in such a central location, the area was surprisingly quiet at night. The main building feels a bit dated, with gray and beige decor that lacks warmth or personality, but there was a security guard stationed at the entrance, which added an extra sense of safety. The apartment itself has an older structure but has been updated with a modern style. It was cute, functional, and well laid out, with two separate sleeping areas that worked well for our group. The kitchenette included a small refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and a washer/dryer combo, which was especially convenient during our trip. Access was quick and easy using a keypad code, making check-in and coming and going very simple. Cleanliness was acceptable overall, though I did notice one tiny bug in the bathroom during our stay. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s something the host may want to address. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable place in an excellent, walkable location with outstanding access to public transportation.

Apartment was very centrally located, close to main station which made traveling from there very easy. The staff were very responsive with any questions I had via WhatsApp. I was able to do laundry.. although I had some trouble with the dry cycle. A staff member came up to help me get it straightened out. I was able to leave my luggage in the office after check out to continue exploring the city before I went to the airport . Overall great place!!

Pros: perfect location, steps away from Taipei main station. Easy to get around. Room is spacious with a small open kitchen and living area. Staff are responsive and helpful. Communication is clear. Cons: blanket is too thick/warm, need to lower the AC temperature in order to sleep.

The location of this apartment was the best part of the stay. We wanted something close to the Taipei Main Station, and this is right next to the station - really convenient. The building is actually a mix of businesses and apartments right next to each other. There are ATMs and 7-Elevens downstairs and lots of great street food and shopping across the street. The room was spacious. The view from our 25th floor room was great overlooking Taipei. The beds were comfortable and the covers were extremely soft and pleasant. Our daughter reported that the sofabed was a bit less comfortable. Wifi was poor, hit-or-miss whether it worked, so a local esim card or international data plan would be helpful if you stay here. The bathroom was very functional, but had a slight musty smell if the door is closed for long. For us, we wanted a convenient location, comfortable room, with no surprises. This hotel was a great value for the price. Oh - and there is a washer/dryer in the unit that was sooo helpful. It is very loud, but it worked well. We visited an aunt in Taiwan who stayed with us for a couple of nights. She liked it so much that she is passing this apartment info to her family to stay here in the future.

Needs to communicate better. Did not receive the pre-arrival email so ended up putting bags in a station locker instead of their "luggage storage". Otherwise a good place.

The one bedroom apartment was perfect for our family stay (x2 adults and x2 teenagers). Room and building is slightly older, however very clean and has all the necessary amenities. We really liked the extra laundry room which had the washer/dryer and also allowed us to store all our suitcases out if sight, making the rooms more spacious. In terms of location, can't be beaten with multiple MRT entrie/exits including at the front of the building. The building includes a mix of multiple hotel/apartment providers and businesses. Shop, eateries, virtually everything is within a stones throw away.
