Beautiful view, comfy bed. The ceiling in the bathroom (when standing on the tub) could feel low if you are 6 feet tall. We had no problem. Will come back to this place!

A very good hotel at a very affordable price. Breakfast above average. What's best is youbike station is just outside hotel and i can always use bike as last mile to get to subway. Excellent!

Great stay!!! The room is tidy and clean, with a great sea view. We enjoy the view very much. The breakfast is simple but tasty. People serving us were very nice too.

Property is 3 star but have enough about it that with a little extra could become 4 star. Rooms are reasonably large, beds comfortable etc. A room safe would be nice. Some of the staff struggle with English which is a little surprising as there were a few English speaking tourists staying there. Id stay again if I return to Kaohsiung,.

My first time in Kaoshiung and this place was perfect. Near ferry to Cijin, restaurants, and attraction. The hotel is clean and very convenient at a reasonable price.

The hotel is very modern and furnishings are nice. Our king room had a lovely view of the harbor and a window seat to sit on and enjoy. The bed was super comfortable, like a big marshmallow! Breakfast was good and they offer coffee, water and snacks in the lobby all day. We had a nice time and the staff were kind and helpful.

The hotel is near the mouth of the harbor opening, so it's a great place to watch large ships come and go. I think it would be especially good if you have young kids as they would enjoy it. It's also very close to the Qijin Island ferry, which is a short (5 min) ride to Qijin.

Wonderful location next to the harbor with a great view, near convenience stores and tourist attractions. Staff were accommodating and spoke English. Bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel (very soft). Room was clean and spacious. Overall Watermark Hotel is a great value for the price.

Nice hotel and nearby some tourist attraction. Stayed at the exec suite, almost everything in the room is great. The only downside is as follows:
lack of bathrobe
No wardrobe for your clothes
No luggage stand, luggage has to be place on the floor
No in room safe
Toilet in bedroom is see through glass, not much privacy if you need them :)

Except for the harbor view this hotel offers, I regret booking this hotel. When we checked in, the hotel put us in a room that looks completely different from the room we initially booked. Its located in another building away from the main hotel and the room has dirty walls and old furnitures. After informing the staff our concerns, the hotel insisted that the room type we booked is the one they placed and we would need to pay additional fees to upgrade to a better room type. We paid the extra fee and finally were able to rest. But then the cable was unable to connect to the TV. The hotel phones were cutting in and out when we called the front desk so we had to call several times and use to phone in the bathroom for the staff to hear me. The bathroom shower gel ran out and the room is windy at night for some reasons. So I didnt get to have a good night sleep. I would never book this hotel again.

We stayed 2 nights and there was no housekeeping done. Accessible by a direct bus from Kaohsiung HSR. Easy to get to Cijing Island and a fair bit of food around. Breakfast provided was standard. There’s a dessert shop around that has very nice mango shaved ice.
