Amazing view from our room! Even when it's cloudy and foggy, when the sky clears it is beautiful.
Staff was great, they helped bring our stuff up our room. Breakfast was included with a bento box of sandwich.
The b&b is a 3 minute walk from the main busy alley but far enough that the location is quiet and peaceful.
Very very comfortable beds, we slept really well after a long day of walking. Hot shower was adequate, enjoy a hot shower when you get back to your hotel.
The hosts were also responsive when you need to communicate.
This place honestly is a great b&b to stay in Jiufen.

We stayed for 4 nights in the “Family Room” and everything was perfect. The hosts were eager to help with anything and really went above and beyond. The unit itself is fantastic with an even better view than any of the restaurants in town that are known for having great views (so make sure you plan a meal to bring back takeout). The location also can’t be beat and is at the end of Jiufen Old Street. It’s just past the most crowded areas so it’s perfect for easy access to the best spots but far enough away once it’s time to relax. Check out the plum wine place across the alley too. They will let you sample and they also sell bottles of vodka and whiskey if you’re looking for a nightcap while enjoying one of the best views in town from the privacy of your own room. We would 100% recommend Windsor and would love to stay again in the future!

Beautiful space with excellent hosts. A basic breakfast was included every morning and was hand delivered to us. The host was very helpful and communicative, even transported our luggage from the taxi area to the room. Although there was a water leak in one of our rooms due to the heavy rains, the hosts were very quick to help us out. The view from the building is absolutely stunning, and I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Jiufen.
