Overall stay was okay. The check in was fast. The problem was the cleanliness. We had been bitten by the bed bugs. We could hardly sleep at night because of the itchiness. One more thing, the room service was so bad. They did not clean our room after 2.30pm. We had to wait for them to clean after our half day trip. Please improve the service and cleanliness.

Hotel's facilicities are above average. However their staff are quite curt and unfriendly and doesnt quite understand english. Breakfast was measly and guests are only allowed one cup of coffee. Location of the hotel is deep in an alley.

Clean and comfortable but the location is near fruit market so difficult to take vehicles, it’s far so cannot go by foot to night market or center.

the hotel is right in the center of Chiang Mai, so you can walk to the Old Wall & some famous pagodas nearby. Also, money exchange outlets, clothing shops, good restaurants & café, rental motorbike agencies... everything is just around the hotel. I booked a standard room for 2 people but they gave me the deluxe room with balcony. It was big, well-equipped but a little bit smelly. I didn't have a chance so I would like to say "thank you" to Minie, one of the nicest receptionists I ever met. We had a good time in the hotel and it's definitely my choice for staying if I'm ever coming back to Chiang Mai
