Best Western Buriram is a clean, basic amenities property. It served its purpose well for a one night stay prior to air travel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly!! The neighborhood is a little tricky to navigate if you’re not familiar with the area, but we felt safe regardless.

I got this hotel because of the airline pickup. The hotel is nice. Great restaurant and overall service. The only complaint I have is about the air conditioner being noisy and not working well. I wasn’t there long enough to complain about it.

I have stayed here many times previously and since it first opened a few years ago. There are only a few signs of age. The breakfast buffet is excellent value for the price of the stay. The rooms are spacious enough. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
My major complaint is the wifi. I stayed in room 2205 and it kept dropping out. Also it was very slow. I spent much of my 2 week solo stay needing wifi so it was a big problem for me. The best way round it was to sit in the restaurant all day where the wifi was 80%-90%. They need to spend a bit of money on in-room routers or alternatively upgrade to more powerful routers in the corridors. Room 2205 was in middle of the two routers in the corridor hence the problem.

Had a great stay and had no problem with hotel. The room rate was good as was the drinks and the food. The staff were alternative and pleasant and provided a great service. The hotel is on a busy main road but it wasn't too bad for traffic noise which I thought it might have been. It has a small but functioal pool which was great for the daughter and had seating either inside or outside by the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Upon check in I walked into the room with my wife. All was fine. Then I went into the bathroom and noticed what looked like to be a used dirty drinking glass in there. We weren't sure. Then I picked up the second "clean" drinking glass and a liquid dripped down the side of the inside and it smelled disgusting like beer. The cleaning lady didn't put clean drinking glasses there. I went to reception with the glasses and they seemed surprised and let me change rooms...Everything else about the hotel is fine but this is the second time I have stayed here and had housekeeping issues. Good food and staff in the restaurant.

3rd time we’ve stayed at BW Buriram. Everything is fine, rooms clean, staff really helpful.
Nice pool for an inner city hotel.
The only thing that was annoying compared to our previous stays is that the Wi-fi is now very slow.
