ห้องไม่ตรงปก ในเว็บแจ้ง พัก 2คน จะได้ ขนาดห้อง 32 ตรม. 1เตียงใหญ่ 1เตียงเล็ก แต่ห้องที่ได้ ขนาดห้องเล็กกว่าที่เเจ้งในเว็บในเรทราคานั้น ระบบควรแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง คนจองจะได้ไม่ตกหลุมพราง หรือพนักงานควรใส่ใจการจองห้องให้มากว่าลูกค้า request จองเเละจ่ายเงินห้องแบบไหนมา? เมื่อมันไม่ตรงปกมันก็ไม่โอเค สำหรับลูกค้าแน่ๆ เเละมี requestพิเศษ ห้องปลอดบุหรี่ แต่ได้ห้องที่สูบบุหรี่ กลิ่นบุหรี่แรงมาก ดีที่ขอเปลี่ยนได้ ไม่งั้นนอนไม่ได้แน่ กลางคืนอาบน้ำสีน้ำปกติ แต่ช่วงเช้าจะอาบน้ำเป็นสีดิน สกปรก ต้องเปิดทิ้งไว้ถึงหาย ไม่แน่ใจ ท่อน้ำแตกรึเปล่าในวันนั้น กลิ่นโรงแรมเป็นอับๆ ชื้นๆ ท่อแอร์สกปรกฝุ่นเกาะเต็มเลย ถังขยะก็ไม่มีถุงขยะรอง แปลกๆ เพิ่งเคยเจอ ผ้ากองเต็มบริเวณทางเดิน ไม่น่ามองซึ่งเช็คก็ช่วงมืดเเล้ว โรงแรมน่าจะจัดการได้ดีกว่านี้ หรือถ้าคนทำความสะอาดน้อยก็ควรจ้างเพิ่ม เพราะถ้าทำสะอาดรวดเร็วลูกค้าก็จะมาพักเรื่อยๆ แต่ถ้ามองแล้วปัญหาโดยรวมน่าจะเยอะ คนที่เคยพักก็มาแค่ครั้งเดียวแน่นอน ควรปรับปรุงให้ดี บางห้องขยะของกินทิ้งกองไว้หน้าห้อง เป็นภาพที่เห็นไม่สวยงาม ไม่มีพนักงานมาเก็บ ทิ้งข้ามคืนถึงเช้าอีกวันก็ยังอยู่ตรงนั้น เปิดประตูมาก็ยังเจอ คนทำความสะอาดไม่พอรึเปล่า สำหรับคนที่รักสะอาดมากดูที่อื่นเป็นตัวเลือก สระว่ายน้ำมีจริงรึเปล่าไม่รู้ไม่ได้ไปดู สุดท้ายที่พักค่อนข้างมีกลิ่นไม่พึงประสงค์ เเละถ้าคนไม่ชอบกลิ่นเครื่องเทศอาจจะไม่โอเค ถ้าคนชอบกลิ่นเครื่องเทศอาจจะไม่มีปัญหา
