I’ve stayed here every time I come to Pattaya! The staff are amazing! The location and cost for quality can’t be beat. Rooms are clean, have cold A/C, tv, 4 elevators, and walkable to everything! Baht bus pass right in front all day all times only cost 10 baht. I’m not a pool person but they have a large pool with loungers and people seem to enjoy it. Honestly if you’ve found my review and you’re not sure book it you won’t regret it.

The hotel is clean, the bed is soft, there is a bathtub, near the mall and the beach. The service is very good, especially the staff in the restaurant. Delicious breakfast If there is a chance next time, definitely come back to stay again.

The hotel reception area looks beautiful and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room had several things that I wasn't happy with. The bathroom was very shabby including both sides of the door frame having rotten wood. The bedroom window should be locked shut as when the window is open there is no railings to stop anyone from falling. The rooms are not the rooms of a 4* hotel. On the 6th floor heading from the lift to the room the carpets were really badly stained.

Good stay! Big property, sizeable room, good staff make it pleasant experience. Amidst all the actions, it's quiet enough for good sleep. Most rooms are big with two twin beds, but they can combine to one big King on request. Included breakfast is basic but same everyday so gets old after few days. Still overall a good value for price point. But so much potential if they reno a bit. Like new paints and polishes, slide door instead of shower curtain, a workspace area... And unlike most at this price point, this property is huge, and all that space could certainly be put into better use. In fact I moved acrossed street as unable to work, so they lost half my business.

ロケーションが良く、朝食は想像以上に良かったです。部屋のキーをエレベーターの隙間から落としてしまうという失態をしたのですが、キーは無事救出され、スタッフの対応が本当に良かったので、気分が良かったです。 DXルームは部屋が広く、バルコニーも広くて快適でした。ただ、バルコニーに鳥がフンを落とし汚していくので、ルームスタッフに伝えるとちゃんと清掃してくれました。次回もぜひ宿泊したいと思っています。

They was a bit off work goion in the foyer which was a good thing as to updste the hotel, but wasn't a problem for me. The staff are alwsys very pleasant and i wouldn't hesitate to go back there again , my favourite hotel in Pattaya
