The room was moderately sized and appropriate for the price. Overall, it didn't feel cramped. In the morning, a housekeeper knocked on the door to inquire about cleaning needs. They were attentive. The air conditioning worked well and was cool. The bed was relatively clean. While I wasn't sure about the condition of the bed, I didn't notice any unpleasant odors. However, the room smelled musty and dusty. If they were sprayed or cleaned more regularly, the overall atmosphere would improve significantly. Two bottles of drinking water were provided daily. The refrigerator was available, but the door seals were moldy and needed cleaning. The lighting in the room was rather dim. The light switches were placed in awkward positions and inconvenient to use. The old key card slot was not working, which was a bit confusing. The shower didn't heat up at first, but after notifying the staff, they immediately checked. The service was fast. There was free coffee available on the ground floor. The stairs leading up and down were a bit dark. The location was good. The beach was about a 10-minute walk away. There are many restaurants nearby, including the reasonably priced restaurant next to the waterworks. Points for Improvement: The overall condition of the hotel was rather old. Many pieces of furniture were in disrepair. The room was dusty, musty, and moldy, including the refrigerator seal, air conditioner, and bathroom ceiling. Mismatched drinking glasses. There were also cigarette burns on the coasters, which should be removed. The lamps were very dusty and lacked sufficient light, making the room rather dark. The TV was very old and could not be turned on. Bathroom fixtures such as the shower head were broken, the bidet hose was hard, and the water sprayed in an erratic manner. The toilet was small and inconvenient to use. The clothes hangers were damaged. There were insufficient electrical outlets. The room was poorly soundproofed. Some basic electrical appliances, such as a hair dryer and fan, were missing. Overall, the stay was "fair." Not impressive, but not unacceptably bad. Highlights include the reasonable price and the good location near the beach. The room is older than the photos, with swollen furniture and an old bathroom. The room is stuffy. Near the night market, 7-Eleven, and restaurants within walking distance.

Great location with big rooms right in between the Hua Hin train station, night market, and main road where the songthaews run. AC was a little noisy, staff was a little grumpy, and the breakfast coffee was powdered, but overall great.

Even though this hotel is really far from the beach, I'm okay to stay, especially on the last day of the trip, because it's very close to Hua Hin railway station, and it's very easy to walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes. In addition, the room charge is really cheap for middle-income citizens, and my delicious breakfast is already included. I'll visit again.
