If I were to return to Phulet, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The breakfast menu was always fresh daily, and the pools were relaxing. The rooms were the perfect size, and the beds were relaxing. The location was perfect.

Rooms and facilities including breakfast was great but since we had a pool access room. Other customers used the recliner chairs by the pool making us move away from the room. I think more are needed to accommodate all customers

Unfortunately I was only able to stay 1 night and had to cancel the remaining stay. The staff was very helpful in accomadating my cancellation and jst charged me 1 extra night. The room was nice, clean and roomy. Breakfast was good. Egg station for omlettes and poached eggs etc, good variety of options, plus an automated coffee machine that made a nice cappuccino. However there was some construction noise that I was unaware of happening when I booked. The property is lovely with 3 separate pool areas, 2 with swim up pool bars. I wish I could have stayed longer as it is a lovely hotel, situated in a good spot in Patong.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful. The amenities were great. 3 pools to choose from and a nice buffet breakfast. Great location right across from the beach and a 5 min walk to Bangla Road. But set back enough from main road to have peace and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good location. Opposite Patong Beach and 5-8 min walk to Bangla Road and Jungceylon shopping mall. Properly is very clean and modern. Rooms are modern and cleaned very well. Beds and pillows are top quality. Multiple swimming pools and there is a gym. Staff are great, always helpful and prompt. I have gluten free allergy and they had many options for me at breakfast and dinner. Mr Che Che in Port restaurant was super helpful. I was about to have a bad experience, but he took over and took my order correctly. The porters helped me arrange a car via Bolt, which is an app I never heard of. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great staff super helpful. Lovely pool. 2min walk to Patong beach and less than a 10min walk to Bangla Road. So great location. Pool bar food was excellent. Lacking an evening bar facilities and breakfast facilities. Needs some TLC in area’s and needs noise proofing as walls are paper thin and can hear every conversation from neighbouring rooms etc.

Cockroach in the room - the dinner food is not great at all considering how much you pay for it- the breakfast is worth it - Liam at dinner is wonderful host - and all the staff at the front desk and the room service was great - the elevator needs a air conditioning unit as it’s a safety hazard if you ever got stuck in there. Overall great location and great breakfast.

No complaints whatsoever! The staff were wonderful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety and the food was very flavourful. The Mojito Bar and The Port restaurant were great places to enjoy after a day out. The hotel was steps away from the Patong Beach.

We like our room. For the length of stay we should have booked a larger room though We stayed in 1114 which we like. Has direct access to the pool. The bathroom is nice and spacious. The bed is comfy with a foam topper.
