Good location. Dorm with a lot of mosquitoes. I can rent bike and book day tour to Ko Phi Phi, convenient.

Just Fine!
The property is very short walk from the old bus terminal. A simple place for stopover stay. My room was really simple clean with a shower room, bed, small tv, good a/c and good wifi. The thai family running the place is friendly and nice. The only thing is the toilet is shared outside the room. There is a small pool and a garden sitting area where you can have a big bottle of beer for only 60 baht, The place is near bus terminal but is not noisy with local eatery around and close to night market. Also they have a pet monkey in the big cage...Overall, my over night stay is fine.

Very average stay!
My boyfriend and I stayed in this hostel for 5 nights while we explored phuket town before we took a bus to nakon si thammarat. We paid 400 baht a night for the 2 us to stay in a private aircondtioned room with attached shower. The aircon was great and worked really well. The beds however we rock hard (like most hostels in thaialnd) and we ended up covering the matress with our travel blankets which made it almost bearable. It was great to have a shower in the room as it made rinsing off during the day super easy. The only problem was there was no heated water which sometimes make it uncomfortable to shower as we had the AC on full and we're actually kind of chilly. Cold water however would be a blessing if you didn't have aircon. The worst thing about the hostel was the little monkey in a cage in the lobby :( There was a clothes washing service for 50 baht a kilo which was great. Addresse was hard for our tuktuk driver to find we ended up ringing the ban nai inn which was straight across the road and he followed their direction instead.

Would rather of slept on the street.
Possibly one of the worst places I have ever stayed in Thailand. Staff were rude and uninviting, we didn't even get our deposit back because they couldn't be bothered and we left at 4am. The bed was so hard, the floor was better. Felt very unsafe, over all a horrible vibe. I never write on here but just thought it might save someone from the same horrible experience we had. Happy travels everyone

Not great but average for a super cheap price
Travelling solo, I had quite a decent room, own big bed, soft and clean room with a huge fan, towel and a lock on the door. The shared bathrooms and showers were a little dirty but not that bad. The location of the hostel is quite good but it was noisy and the pool is tiny and not very welcoming. If you're looking for a low budget though it's okay for one night since it's close enough to Old Phuket and attractions. I paid 200thb per night only to have my own room. Perhaps you can find better but the staff is rather nice and wi-fi works good. Bad point and sad is the poor monkey in a cage plus with a chain, he can't move at all and it's heartbreaking...

Hard bed, no sink, poor monkey
We booked a double room literally for a few hours before transferring to the airport for somewhere to hold our luggage for a few hours and to have a shower. Thankfully didn't have to stay the night - the bed was rock hard. She couldn't find our booking despite using a well known website. There was no sink, the shower was in the toilet. Had okay wifi. Can't complain too much for less than £9. Felt so sorry for the monkey, wanted to set it free
