Have bikes and motorcycles for renting if you are need to travelling around in city by yourself. And also be closer to transport if u feeling need to catching the city bus for to going to the history temple or going to the market place in the city. In the morning enjoying with the coffee with the Great breakfast. Here they are will look after you like you are family. All everything here excellent.

The receptionist didn't know that I had paid and made me pay a deposit that was almost double what the room cost. The owner refunded all money the next day. I asked where the on site parking was, it turned out the free parking on site was on the street in front of the hotel. The room is in need of an upgrade.

Nice low-key place, the room was quiet and clean but a bit dark. Location is convenient to catch the pickups to old Sukhothai and kind of walkable to the long-distance bus station, but apart from that there’s really nothing nearby.

Everything seemed ok for us here, nothing special but no issues either. Breakfast was a bit erratic (we got different choices and format on each of the several mornings we stayed, inexplicably... also the Thai version was much better than the Western alternative!) and first impressions were not the best as they take you down a dingy alley round the back to the rooms, but actually... everything was absolutely fine! The room was quiet and aircon worked well (no outlook though, straight onto the wall of the next house), wifi was good, all clean, I'd say very good for the money!

EZ House has a family home feel about it. Yes...its dated....strangest bathroom I have ever had....and no elevator! All this was minor BS when I consider how well I was looked after there. Good food....great tourist info.....service with a smile, not a grimace

First, let me say how very nice and helpful Mr. Hank, his wife, and staff are. We were given a refreshing drink upon arrival and offered a ride to the market by Mr. Hank who was hea ding that way. After a long day on a bys, that was most welcome. The lobby, though on the main, busy street of the new city area, is comfortable and relaxing. Good food available, laundry and easy transportation across the street to take you to old city attractions. Though an older building, everything including our room was exceptionally clean and the bed is easily the most comfortable we have had, regardless of star rating or cost, in all of Thailand. What a relief. Good A/C, tv, wifi. For the rate and access to transportation you can't go wrong. Also, Mr. Hank arranged a tuk tuk to take us to the bus station when we left and sent us with a complimentary snack for our journey. Thanks EZ House!

Room nice. Bit difficult to get to the room. Great breakfast (need to pay for) Busy road but not a problem. Bit of a walk to down town (15 min). We would probably stay in Old town next time.

This guesthouse is located in the new city which is, according to me, better than the old city. The owner Hank and his wife Tuey are devoted to their guests. The food is excellent and having a drink on the terrace after a long day is very relaxing. Every thing is walking distance. To go to Sukhothai Historical park, you only have to take the public bus wich cost you lest than nothing 30THB. You can spend hours in this park, rent a bicicle, to see many Buddha. I stayed there 7 nights and don't regret it! They speak Englis and Tuey is making her best to talk in French. Wifi goes very fast.

A basic Hotel near the New Town Center. Transport to the Old City is right at the door step. Clean Room but warm room and water in the day if you are given a Room facing West. Friendly Staff.

Lovely hotel staff and a relaxing place to stay! Our room was comfortable and spacious, and had a clean and simple attached bathroom :)

EZ House is very close to the bus terminal (10-minute walk by a shortcut) which comes in very handy if you're coming to/leaving Sukhothai by bus like I did. The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. I had my laundry done there and the clothes came back spotlessly clean and smelling divinely. A couple of hundred meters away from the guesthouse, you will find the bus stop to the old town (30 bahts), food stalls/the night market, a couple of 7/11 and restaurants and bars. They also sell food at the café downstairs. I didn't try their breakfast (although I heard it was very good) but I did have the (very) spicy salad which was very good. I will definitely stay there again if I ever come back to Sukhothai.

We booked for 1 night but stayed for 2. EZ house & Cafe is definitely value for money despite it's location is far from the historical park. It's around 500 m to the local morning market and local restaurant and street food are available in near distance. Besides that, it is very convenient to get to the historical park even in the early hours. We went to the historical park at 6:15 a.m in the morning by taking local bus to the old city by the road side just opposite EZ house & Cafe. The owner of the place was really kind and friendly. The wife bought us some warm rice cake before we left.

Probably the best quality for the price we've paid in our stay in Thailand. Nothing to fault and very comfortable. Also very accommodating with our requests and staff are kind.

I booked one night, but stayed for two. it was a really nice stay. I would say it is a small boutique guesthouse where the owners live as well, and really care about it and you can see that. it is a very clean place, amazing food- cooked by the owner, very good atmosphere. you will get to use a bike for free, and when I left they gave me a very delicuse peeled grapefruit for my way. I really recommend this wonderful clean and comfortable place to cheack out sukhothai city or just relax. it is not a 5 star hotel, but after my stay there I can say that there are 5 stars hotels than will not give you what you get there. wish you all the best nice family.

Fantastic service and amazing place :) They lent us their bikes, they took care of us as if we were their children! Never been to such a place :)
