Well located. Quiet.

Definitely not a 5-star experience - we were initially assigned a room with a strong smell of mould; though we did manage to change rooms. The rooms themselves were very much unpolished, there was a deep hole in the sofa, and the sofa itself was stained. The bathroom was unfinished, with sealant being poorly applied throughout the bathtub. We also used the gym, which was subpar by even 4 star standards! The breakfast was good, and the pool was also good.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great. Highly reccommend

This hotel is fantastic it is in a great location The staff are always helpful and happy Breakfast had everything you could want There is a bar and cafe in the foyer both are recommendable There are also plenty of authentic local restaurants nearby The beach is 200 yards away It was by luck we picked this hotel but we will definitely return

The hotel site is close to all the main attractions, nightlife, restaurants, Jungceylon Mall, Central Mall, and Patong Beach. Approximately a 5 - 12-minute walk. The room is very clean. Balconies are not accessible. Great buffet breakfast selection, especially with the halal options, which is a smart way to attract Muslim tourists. Good job to the F&B team!

The hotel, the staff, I have no complaints.

This hotel is tge worst hotel i have ever stayed on. The rooms are humid with a damp smell, the beddings ate wet. The mattresses are extremely old and u even. Changed rooms 3 times but not any better. The rooms are full of small ants. Tried canceling but expedia waited three days to get a response from the hotel. Horrible experience and the management didn't care.

Location was really good. Surrounding area needs some getting used to, it’s not a ‘pretty’ sight but once you get your bearings, it’s fine. The room lights n bathroom lights are not great, could hardly see to be able to apply make up properly, especially the room.. very dim. Bedding was comfortable and it was great that 3 could fit in a room with the extra bed provided at no extra charge ( as per the type of room we booked). Housekeeping could do a better job in their daily cleaning and the gym could be better equipped, perhaps a tower of dumbbells at the very least, as the kettle bells had an 8kg then a 4kg so nothing in between. Buffet breakfast was super, we were impressed with loads of choices. Pool isn’t big, but didn’t seem too bad as the rooms with pool access had their own personal pool space. Rooms are all facing pool area which was nice. Overall, staffed pretty well and friendly enough.

Great location for walking and seeing the craziness of city and beach. Hotel staff was so kind and accommodating. Placed a birthday cake and decor on bed without asking or telling them. Made us feel so special. Breakfast was delicious. Poolside room is a must. Room service food was excellent Stay was 10/10.
