Convenient, comfy bed and great value, close to fresh market and Impact arena is in the walking distance. Spacious room, 5 people can comfortably stay in the room, even the big guys (foreigners). However, the cleanliness must be improved, I gave 3/10 for this part. There was mold in the shower room, the shower part in particular. Also, a lock of hair was found near the mirror, and a cockroach was surfing on the top of the fridge. I suggest to stay elsewhere if you have choices.

The complex area is fully equipped with amenities despite of the old building. The size of apartment is quite large considering its moderate room rate in a strategic location.

Will definitely visit again!! May, the woman who owns this condo, is very friendly and helpful. She explained all the directions, helped me to wake up and find a taxi on my 3:00 AM departure. The apartment is relatively close to DMK airport, only 15 to 20 minutes drive. I stayed here to watch a concert at Impact Arena, which was only 5 minutes walk away. It's easy to find too. You won't have any issues in finding food, as the huge food court is just across the street. Prices are very cheap, as it's not a tourist area, so a big feast in Muang Thong Thani is even cheaper than a small portion of pad thai you find in central Bangkok. Security is great too. The building has security guards in the entrance, cctv and card system attached to the key each time you go in/out, the room has double locks and additional-lockable-door. In the room, May provided extra pillow, hangers, towels, blankets, complimentary soap, shampoo, 2 bottled waters, coffee and tea, along with plates and cups. It was definitely a very pleasant stay. Worth more than the price!
