Very good 10/10 both the view, the cleanliness, the service, everyone is lovely. The swimming pool is very beautiful. But for breakfast, there are not many pork and seafood menus. I wish there were some. But overall, it's good. The staff is very well trained. When they meet customers, they stop to greet and smile. They stop to let us walk first. I feel that they really care about customers. ❤️

The atmosphere is very good. The staff are neat and friendly, from the entrance to the room, introducing the use and equipment, including contacting the service. There are staff who come to clean thoroughly every day, including mopping the balcony floor, wiping the balcony railing with disinfectant. But it is far from the city. If you want peace and quiet, do not plan to go anywhere or go into the city, it is a good choice.

We stayed here to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by decorating the bed on arrival and again on his actual birthday, as well as leaving a birthday cake, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean, spacious, and the facilities were excellent. The complex is quite large, so we did get lost a few times, but this didn’t take away from the overall experience. Breakfast offered an amazing variety with something for everyone—we were truly spoiled for choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel was very convenient. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would definately visit again.

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right? But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular. The staff are all friendly and always have a smile.With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us. And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full.She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day. Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast.But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food.For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels.But Kalima take it to an other level.You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?

We booked the Duplex private Pool villa and it was worth every penny. The highlight was the Sandy beach where my husband and I played badminton. The views were incredible and the food at Malika was great. The staff decorated our room super well. Patong beach was fun and about 15 minutes away (the hotel has a few shuttles there and back everyday) Special shoutout to Tony who helped us get our payment to the Grab driver (long story short, we didn't have enough cash and the grab payment method wouldn't update to card) and to Baw for helping us with our luggage and being super courteous. Would highly recommend staying here

I booked this property as a Expedia Gold member for the VIP room upgrade. I was advised there is no rooms available to upgrade, however a quick search online showed they had 3 rooms available! Very shifty and money hungry. They should not join the Expedia VIP program if they have no intention of participating. I wouldn’t of booked this hotel had I known I won’t be afforded my benefits.
