I have stayed at the Lima Coco Resort many times over the last couple of years and I have referred several friends that have absolutely loved the resort. It is a hidden gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle of he main beach. The staff are the best and most courteous around. It is an older well maintained resort that always pleases. I highly recommend this resort for your holiday travels. My only regret is that I could not stay longer:-)

Very good aircon room, water service, private beach atmosphere, very clean. The pool is very near the beach. Chairs and umbrellas are available for guests to use at the beach. Went to buy goods with cloth bags and umbrellas to borrow, hung in a room Most customers are foreigners. Breakfast is good with many Should rent a motorcycle at the front of the road to travel in the island because the beach is far away, not the cheapest danger in Ao Phrao. All types of cars cannot be driven into Phuk. There is a 300 meter walk. Night, swimming in front of the beach, lighting from the restaurant. Rowboat must be rented Go ahead of time if the room is ready to stay No need to deposit keys. Come to Samet to definitely stay again.

Dated hotel on quiet beautiful beach with no cars, vendors, nestled between two luxury resorts. The building are concrete and skeletal but newly painted in garish colors but nicely renovated rooms. Near to all island locations. Request balcony and ocean view. Service unhelpful . GOOD value.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lima Coco resort and Ao Phrao. Our first two nights booked with hotels.com was a beach-front house which was absolutely beautiful. We woke up to the sunrise and enjoyed the sunset on our own bed. The resort and Ao Phrao is located on the northwest side of the island and the atmosphere is calm, peaceful, and lovely. Although Lima Coco is less luxurious than other two resorts on the beach, it has its own charm and we loved it. It is a very safe place for children as well, for the motorbikes/cars are not allowed to enter the main trail except the authorized ones (you can park the rented motorbike at the parking lot which is 5min away by foot). We visited other beaches too but we only realized that Ao Phrao is the best :) The main area for restaurants and massages are 10~15min away by motorbike so you can get away from the noise and crowdedness without being too inconvenient. The price for resort service was reasonable and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this place to couples and families.

I stayed at Lima Coco for 1 night with my family. The staffs are helpful and friendly. What really surprised me is that the breathtaking beach is just outside the resort. It is also fantastic that I can enjoy sunset at the room. The meals offered by Lima Coco are tasty. Although the room is a little small and WiFi is disconnected at guest rooms, staying here means you can enjoy your time in Semed for sure. Highly recommended for everyone!

We really liked this hotel. A couple, we stayed in a nautical deluxe, which had a fab view out on to the sea which you could see from the bed - a lovely way to wake up! The breakfast was only ok, but it was included in the price, so can't really complain too much. We ate at the restaurant for lunch on the day we arrived, it wasn't great, but we ate at Buzz, O and Breeze at Vimarn and Ao Prao on either side. BBQ at Breeze is awesome. Lima Coco location is just perfect. Beautiful, clean beach. The hotel has a ferry that goes direct to this part of the island which is super convenient. Highly recommend hiring a scooter at the entrance of the hotel to explore the rest of the island.

Located in a good secluded beach in Koh Samed. It is quiet and away from most of the tourist. It is the least glamorous of the 3 resort on Ao Prao beach. If you are used to Shangrila, Conrad and the likes then this is not for you. This is more like a Hampton Inn kind of place. In the car world its like a Corolla not a Mercedes.

The rooms are dated... The staff was OK nothing special... There should be more lounge chairs on the beach.. The location of the room to the beach was great and that was the only thing going for it.. Next time I'd pick the hotel next door. Only $10-20 more per night
