The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were well-mannered, friendly, and attentive. Parking was convenient. There was even a bathtub. The hotel itself was also very large.

The room is very musty. It's like the carpet has never been vacuumed. Put in the bathroom and there are mosquitoes. and a dead bee in the sink The room is next to the stairs. Should have flown in when the housekeeper opened for cleaning. and got a room with a door connecting to another room The sound from the next room was blinded all night. Drunk, noisy, couldn't sleep. I understand that the hotel has been open for a long time. The condition is probably not new. But regarding cleanliness, standards should be maintained. The room price is not just 200-300 baht.

Lanna Palace is an old hotel. The floor is covered with old carpet and gives out suffocating smell. You would like to ventilate your room with windows open, but there is a big problem. There are also thousands of birds sleeping on trees and power lines above the carpark. They are making deafening noise all night, so you cannot sleep with your windows open. And if you park your car there it will be covered with bird droppings.
