Great stay in a great location. Right in the middle of Long Beach. Clean and spacious cabins right on the beach. Several restaurants on the beach just north of the resort. Walk to everything. Good value for the money. Would definitely stay again and recommend

Perfect location right on the beach in the middle of Long Beach. We received a free upgrade to a family sized bungalow which was nice. Originally booked one night and stayed for five. Did not opt for the breakfast as there are average beach front restaurants immediately north so you have a variety of places to eat. Nice to have English channels on TV. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Good value for money

Good budget accommodation right in the beach. Plus points were the in room air con and proximity to the beach. Unfortunately the negatives were the poor wifi signal in the room and poor water pressure in the shower. Breakfast included in the room was average at best, but for the price paid can't complain too much.

Beautiful uncrowded beach, well located for trips to Saladan and the rest of the island. However, the resort is jaded and lacks basic facilities such as a fridge and safe box in the rooms. Our room had broken drawers, broken reading light, broken dressing table light, no light in wardrobe. Bathroom dirty with broken tiles on the washstand and shower little more than a trickle. Bed so uncomfortable we had to buy a duvet to fold and sleep on. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful (that comes as standard in Thailand). Restaurant food was poor and the waiters were a little short on English and a lot short on competence.

The resort was realy quiet at one point only is staying! The room was lovely, really spacious for 3 of us. Perfect location right on the beach, literally 20 steps an your there! Seen the guy who runs the place twice in 5days so it was hard to sort out transferes etc

What a lovely location.. It is such a shame that the bungalows were dirty and desperate need of upgrade, the first bungalow had broken tiles around the edge of the.sink in the bathroom and in the bedroom the second bungalow was a little better, if l had not have paid l would not have stayed, after travelling around Thailand for 2 months this in my opinion was not good value for money would have stayed longer

I am vegan and the hotel went out of its way to order tofu during my stay and bend its menu to accommodate, including BBQ'd tofu and vegetables on skewers. The room wasn't the nicest but fast wifi in the room that only dropped briefly a couple of times in four days, good water pressure and hot, and a lovely beach with firedancers every night. Fast and good laundry service. Would stay again.

I have pictures of the disrepair. The toilet paper had to be kept outside the bathroom so it would not get wet. Boat bathroom is toilet, shower & sink & you can use all three at same time standing in one spot. The bathroom floor never dried so walking on it was ew! Smelled bad & mosquitos in bathroom. Manager had no other rooms available. We left after 2 days. I'd like a refund- they called this a superior room! Hotel.com compliant depart expect to here from me

Run down bungalows, most things dirty and broken, booked a double gave me a twin was told they didn't have a double available after complaining about the bungalow they showed me a double next door which was marginally better it didn't have broken tiles around the sink, so they lied to me..Booked and paid in advance big mistake, ...Good points lovely location ..but only stayed 4 days would have stayed longer if the accommodation had been better...Tried to inform hotels.com but could not get through, if l had more time l would include photos to back up my comments

Really nice staff, they upgraded us to a better room for free when we came for no special reason.. We had two nights booked but ended up staying six days. Wouldnt recommend the restaurants breakfast tho.. You have another place just a minute walk from Palm beach called Pearl beach wich have the best american breakfast ive had on Lanta!

We were upgraded to a better room.,which was bigger with fridge and TV. As noted by others the room was dated but very functional and very good value for the price we paid. Everything in the room worked and room (hut) had a nice patio deck. The resort is right on the beach and restaurant is adequate, with plenty of bars and restaurants round about. The staff seemed competent and friendly. We hired a motorcycle for 3 days to enable us to travel around Koh Lanta. Not a luxury option but very functional.

Nice cabins on the beach. Each with a private bathroom with shower. Our deluxe room had a mini fridge not sure if they all do. The beach is fairly quiet, no sea doo's, kite surfing or anything of the like. Just people relaxing and playing in the water. Day trips available to nearby islands, and other activities nearby. The resort has restaurants but there are also many choices if you walk up and down the beach to choose from. The main road is only a 5 min walk away with shops and restaurants also available.

Wonderfully close to the beach with the sounds of the waves spilling onto the shore and a sea breeze and pretty gardens made Lanta Palm Resort very beautiful. Pity about the awful mattress and no place to put the toilet paper. The quiet situation made for good sleeping but difficult to find somewhere to eat.

We were a little disappointed to discover that the bungalows looked like they hadn't been touched in over ten years but everything worked and they were perfectly comfortable. The location is excellent and the beach is the best on the island without a doubt. You can pay over ten times more just 500m down the beach but needn't bother as all you could want for a chilled out stay in paradise is right here. Staff are very helpful and really lovely to deal with. Don't expect too much in the way of modern rooms and you will love it!
