Right next to the beach in a beautiful location, this hotel is a really good place to rest your head for the night. It also has a pool, restaurant and beach massage area. We loved our stay here. The rooms are large (we had two doubles for the 4 of us) and the bathrooms are OK - albeit not the cleanest I've ever seen. There is also a fantastic bar on the property that is the ideal place to drink cocktails and watch the sun setting - quite spectacular if you're lucky. The staff were really helpful when we had questions and there is a superb hotel just along the beach that has a yoga shala and you can book and attend sessions. The property is slightly rough around the edges – for instance, the bathroom could have been cleaner - the shower in particular, needed a good scrub with bleach to get rid of the black mould, but if you're only using the room for sleeping and showering, what more do you need? Like I said ... somewhere to sleep and shower.

Food poisoning from the restaurant
Came here for a quick lunch. I had the fried rice with chicken. Should not have done that. It knocked me out for 3 days, had to be in bed. I will not advise anyone to go here, the whole resort looks outdated and the food is not fresh, probably just as old as the furniture

Holiday
The location of the resort is fantastic, but that's about it. The service staff though nice, have absolutely no idea what they are doing; obviously not trained. Every cup of coffee or tea is charged, which is fine, however during breakfast, I think a free flow of coffee or tea should be made available, it is quite standard in Asia; even Mc Donald's offers that! Management (owners) must are rude and arrogant. The room was comfortable, but cleanliness is something the hotel lacks. Our toilet smelled like a sewer. For that money, this resort is not worth staying! Won' happen again!

Good for families with small children
The resort is right on the beach with a small pool with a shallow end so quite good for families with young children. Some of the family bungalows at the beach have decent sea views, though this may be looking across the pool, so during the day there is no privacy and you may find your neighbours' meals on their terrace a bit noisy! Still, if you go in the right spirit this resort is OK. The food, both lunches and dinners, is not very good. The room I had, a family bungalow, had seen better days...but then so have I!!

Great views
Nice hotel . Pool was lovely, location right on the beach . Some restaurants around also . Room was a bit dated, tv reception not great . Breakfast wasn't good , food in general wasn't the best. We'd a nice stay here overall but it wasn't worth the price but I think that's across all places in lanta as it is not as developed as other islands . The views of the beach and the sky at night are stunning we sat and watched the lightening and listened to the waves roll in and it was fab also it is right beside majestic bar which is voted best bar in lanta .
