Lub d Group continues to observe official updates, guidance and recommendations on the development of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) globally from local, national, World Health Organization and governments. Lub d Travel Flexibility With travel bans and airlines adjusting schedules we are waiving cancellation fees for hotel stays through to 30 April 2020 for all guests who have booked directly with Lub d. Guests who made bookings via online travel agents or other third party travel businesses are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies. Period 15 th March 2020 to 30 th April 2020 If the period is extended or reduced we will update as needed. This information is valid until further notice and may be updated with guideline and recommendation changes. Lub d Safety Measures Lub d Group has implemented high level of standards for cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken increased measures developed in consultation with global health recommendations (including the WHO) to make our cleaning and hygiene policies even more thorough. Our teams are receiving ongoing updates on the local and global situation and adjusting policies as needed to support the on-going safety of guests and teams.
