The staff provided good service, but the air conditioning in the room was old and not cool. The swimming pool was temporarily closed but not stated on the website when booking. Overall, it was good as it was not far from the beach.

The bathroom door is difficult to open and close, making loud noises, itchy nose, lots of dust, cobwebs, few cockroaches. The air conditioner is used a lot, a bit loud. The TV works but is not clear, there are lines. The remote control works, the on-off button, but other things do not work. There was a dead cockroach on the bedsheet. There is no light in the room. There is a bedside lamp, but there are some stains. There is no soap, no shampoo. There is a towel, but it is a bit musty, from heavy use. The door is a knob. The door frame has a little gap. Light and sound can pass through. You should buy a disinfectant spray to spray to make the room cleaner. There are towels for swimming in the sea. It is near the sea, liquor stores, massage shops, lots of food. There is not much bicycle parking but parking is available. There is tissue. There is an elevator, there are stairs. The wifi does not work. The price is affordable at 630 baht.

The old air conditioner is always noisy. There is no water heater. It has a hot and cold twist-off head. I tried to adjust the hot water but it didn't help. The room is not soundproof. The sound from outside is very clear.
