Great place to stay. In fact loved it so much that I moved in permanently. Although the breakfast is disappointing if you are a westerner but the rooftop bar makes up for it.

Overall a good place. More of a 4-Star hotel rather than 5-Star. Building looks good. Clean facilities. Water takes a little to heat up. It’s a bit further out to most tourist destinations but near the BTS rail but longer commutes. Overall a decent stay.

The property is very new compared to the other buildings around it. Facilities are top notched as expected from a high end service apartment. Although the a/c remote has seen better days. The ceiling shower head could also use a little fixing. Since it’s located near the station, you’ll hear the station running around 5am. If you’re a light sleeper it’ll wake you up. Also the roads are quite busy during the day time. Expect some car noises as well.
Not many restaurants around nearby or I didn’t explore enough. 7-11 is about 200m away which was pretty convenient.
It’s directly in front of Yaek Tiwanon station amd easily accessible.
The only drawback is the location from the city center (Siam) It’s about 40-60 mins by train and about 18km.
If you like a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you to relax.

Staff were very uneven -- outstanding front desk, simply amazing; restaurant staff did not know what they were providing (after answering incorrectly, the manager -- at least I think she was... pink business suit -- argued with me sure she was right, then lapsed into "fake Thai" like she couldn't speak English anymore and merely repeated what she had said earlier "we have -- you order"). I have stayed here before, and I see where they have tried to upgrade their restaurant but it's not where it needs to be yet.
In addition even though they have a rooftop bar, it was closed for a "private party" 3 nights in a row. Disappointing.

For the price, the cleanliness could have been better. We were surprised by many stains on the dining upon checking in. There were false lashes and sticky mess on the living room table (hmm..suspicious). We called the concierge, and they sent the person to clean it all up right away. Hair strands could be found throughout the bathrooms. However, we felt the security and the badge system was very nice, staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed. Great location for activities and public transportation.

I am giving this property a one star because they have an a very elaborate security system that has failed every second time I left the apartment . The girl at the deal just told me maybe I wasn’t taping the card properly to get into the hall way . Give me a break I know how to tap and tried at least 15 times every time I was locked out . Instead it was oh you are doing it wrong . Well no your system doesn’t work a
