P72 Hotel

Its a good hotel in excellent location for those who want to be in the middle of night life . The room was in the newer building, not luxury but clean . Staff are very helpful and polite. I satisfied with my stay .

Air con was good but my tv. Was blurred lots of dots could not see the faces they tried to fix it but did not fix it charging so much money for services like that no good morning reception very helpful

Very poor hotel. Good location but def not a 3 star . Had roaches and very low quality. Wouldn’t book here again

No hot water for shower.

Everything is good except two front desk ladies. January 5th and January 6th staff. Very disrespectful, didn’t have sense to talk with customers, no support at all, so rude. Male staff was friendly on January 6th.

As always all staff are fantastic at their jobs Room size and cleanliness great Would love to stay longer but all booked out

Again a very enjoyable stay

Its right on the walking street so if you are looking to party its definitely convenient for that, but it falls short in alot of areas. To begin, while the cleaning lady was very pleasant, the front desk lady seemed over-worked and barely acknowledged me when checking in and out. The rooms are very basic, with a bed that is so hard it will make you sore after 1 night. The fridge was tiny and not very cold. The room safe did not work and theres not really anywhere to put your clothes if you dont want to live out of your luggage bag. I should also say that while i didnt factor this into my score, it should be noted that if you are planning on sleeping at night, that the hotel is located next to a bar which has live music on the weekends, which plays until 2-3am so you will struggle to sleep if you're planning on having an early night. The pros: obviously the location is this places greatest strength but i also found that the look had some character to it, instead of your generic hotel/motel and the fact that it offers smoking rooms which also have a balcony is definetly a plus. It also had a very strong AC unit, a decent shower, and a secure entrance to both buildings (the hotel is actually 2 buildings, i think 1 for smoking rooms and one for non-smoking. If you are simply wanting a place to spend 1 night and have some fun on the walking street, you could definitely do worse then the P72, that being said there are also better options available, overall 3 out of 5

When I first arrived at the hotel, there was a couple problems regarding the room, but I met the owner of the hotel and he was very nice and had the problems taken care of right away

I liked the view of the ocean, as well as, the distant and skyline view of the city from my hotel room. Additionally, the cleanliness of my room was impeccable! Finally, the bathroom appearance had a modern appeal as if it had been renovated. The bathroom, as well as the room itself, was kept clean daily during my stay. The only thing that I can think of that needed addressing was the low water pressure in the shower, and the water temperature never got above room temperature.....and I was there for 2 weeks! Additionally, my room was smaller than expected. However, other than that.....everything was ok!

My go to hotel when the price is right and rooms are available 10 meters to walking street and 7/11 Cleaning is always immaculate and plenty of smiles

It served its purpose. It’s super cheap for a reason. The bed and room was as basic as it gets. Less than 2 min walk from walking street. I only stayed one night to visit Pattaya while I was on my trip in Bangkok.

I stayed here for 2 weeks from the 1st to the 13th of January, I had a lovely stay at the p72, with great staff and a short walk to the Pattaya nightlife, I will be back again
