Scheduled airport shuttle or limousine pick-up service (surcharge, nonrefundable) to the piers operate between 6 AM and 4 PM. Transfer boats (surcharge) run at the following scheduled times: Depart from Paradise KohYao to Yacht Haven Marina (Phuket) at 9.30 AM and 3 PM; depart from Yacht Haven Marina (Phuket) to Paradise KohYao at 11 AM and 4 PM; depart from Paradise KohYao to Tha Len Pier (Krabi) at 1:30 PM; and depart from Tha Len Pier (Krabi) to Paradise KohYao at 2 PM. Guests arriving at the airport after 4 PM must arrange transfer for the following day. To make transfer arrangements, please contact the property using the number provided on the booking confirmation email.
As Thailand open country and there is condition for paid transfer and RT-PCR test + ATK. To apply for the Thailand pass, the travelers would be required to have the following documents: •Hotel confirmation at the SHA+ certified hotel for the first night and day 5 of entry •The confirmation needs to include the SHA+ transfer from Phuket airport to the hotel (THB 1,500 net per person) •RT PCR Test reservation – we can reserve this for you but please send us the passport copies of all guests as we need the information for this application (1st RT PCR at THB 2,100 net per person at the airport and 2nd of RT-PCR test at THB 2100.-net per person at the Hospital In Koh Yao Noi on day 5 - if you stay in Koh Yao on day 5.
