This is the best, in terms of price it's really cheap, only 450, the room is spacious, the facilities are good, there is a swimming pool too, really great. The room cleaning service is also great, it's really suitable if you want to go to Phuket and want to walk around Old Town, it's suitable here, you can walk about 10 minutes if you take a leisurely walk, where the car park is spacious, if you rent a car, this is really suitable, the parking is spacious, where it's near delicious places to eat, Pat Thai Mr.Kom is delicious and cheap, it's not difficult to get anywhere. Suggestion if you want to stay, choose this hotel. The building is old but okay for that price, the bathroom is also okay, there is a sink, a sitting toilet and hot water, there is a place to dry clothes on the mini balcony too.

Pattra Mansion is a peaceful, convenient, and clean place to stay in an easily accessible part of town. The rooms are spotless, the beds are excellent, and the space is quite spacious. For breakfast, you can easily find plenty of local food options nearby. Checking in and out is a breeze, the staff is polite, and the surrounding atmosphere is lush and pleasant.

The room is clean and very spacious. However, the room is not very soundproof. There are complete facilities.

The staff provided good service and were not irritated after asking many times. The atmosphere was good, the parking was spacious, and the price was cheap.

I stayed for a week and love it, and will stay here again the next time I'm in Phuket. Safe and secluded, away from the main road, it may take some time to find. Service and housekeeping is excellent. The environment is peaceful and there's a cafe in the hotel grounds with reasonable prices. A lot of shops and eateries nearby too, and town center is about 10-15 min walk.

The room is clean, close to food and convenience stores, and there is a lot of parking.

The staff here is not friendly at all, or it could have been just my experience because of my nationality. Also, there is no elevator here.

The accommodation is clean, the atmosphere is good, especially the younger employees who are tomboys provide good service and speak because of their smiling faces. But other people rarely smile. I gave this rating because of my younger sibling who is a tomboy.

First and only time, definitely no next time. Got a room on the lowest floor, the air conditioner was not cool. I informed the staff twice to ask for a refund, but the hotel said they could not refund. So the staff changed the room to a new one, but the air conditioner was still not cool as before.

Hal Yang Paling saya suka di hotel ini adalah Seorang Reseptionis yang sangat Ramah dan Sangat ingin membantu saya. Seorang wanita rambut pendek agak gemuk, saya tidak tahu namanya. Tapi dia sangat-sangat baik. Bahasa inggrisnya kurang, tp dia sangat baik dan sangat membantu, saya berdiskusi banyak hal tentang tempat-tempat yang harus saya kunjungi, dia bahkan membantu saya untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi tour yang bagus dengan harga yang saya mampu. Waktu check out saya katakan padanya."kamu adalah orang paling baik yang saya temui di kota ini". Beberapa turis juga saya lihat sangat menyukainya.

If you are looking for a budget travel in old Town Phuket, I really recommend this hotel for a peaceful and calm situation! The food from the restaurant is very good and affordable.
