Nice view. Big room but quite old.
Nice breakfast, a bit far from the city of Pai
Not good like screen shot...
Very good sceneries. The staff were very nice. The room was large and comfy but the door lock is not working well, but its ok.
The view is very good but food should be improved!
Accommodation Great atmosphere Although it is not okay. A clean room is fairly spacious facilities. The bed is very hard Pillow and sleep poorly Breakfast has little variety
Hotel a little old The dark night But the atmosphere around the hotel is pretty natural, but most should be separate bathroom with dressing room apart. For convenience it

I don't know the star rating but in any other country it would be two.
We arrived late the night staff were amazing! Until they asked us if we were high! We got a great room with a view. In the morning my neck & back pain from the concert bed ruined my intire day. I come back to after a massage in town because you don't have pricing or information in the room and it is only 7am to 7pm (fair enough). I jumped in what I thought was a corner spa but is only a bath so I then jumped in the amazing shower and saw the clump of hair someone left on the window seal and the cleaners missed. Earlier in the day I asked about washing they said no, I thought how rude not to support a local I would be happy to pay if they offered the service to a local even if it took 24 hours. Breakfast was poor at best two fruit. Precooked eggs ham in water etc. All in all very beautiful but not worth the location and hassle. Did I mention the very skinny horses that's a sad site for any animal used as a lawnmower.

Gem of a place - but get rid of the rooster
We had 3 of the little houses between the 7 of us, and they were great. Unfortunately for the third person sleeping in one of the houses, he only got a mattress on the floor, which was not ideal. The pool and view is extraordinary. Not sure if the photos do it justice. A downside to the place, which ruined the serenity, was the rooster, which crowed outside my window at 2-24am, which was really not appreciated. All of our group were woken up by the constant crowing, going from 2-24am onwards, so we were not feeling that good the next day!! A very special place.

Impossible to find
We nearly ran out of petrol trying to find this resort, the signs are hard to see, the staff were useless giving directions. After nearly an hour of driving up and down the same lane, we finally arrived to find the restaurant about to close. It's very spread out and full of Chinese tourists. We had booked for three nights but checked out after one. Would not recommend it.

Gorgeous location.. That's about it
Stayed 4 nights in Honeymoon Suite 1. Paid 1500 baht per night on a 'deal' on hotels.com. The room was lovely, view was great! Check in and out wasn't bad but wasn't exactly what I would call friendly. The reason I mark this hotel down is the noise!! We were in such beautiful surroundings, calm and peaceful, yet 3 groups of Chinese guests made it their mission to be heard from China! Whilst relaxing on our balcony, trying to read a book, we could hear them shouting at each other in the swimming pool all day. We put on some music to try and drown it out, turning the volume up higher and higher, but it didn't work. We saw one lovely French family, and one other wester couple, leave the pool because of the Chinese take over of rude shouting. Breakfast was the same. Two big groups took every chair the restaurant had and put them around their own tables, meaning no one could get past. The restaurant played lovely calm music, but the Chinese shouting at each other across the table really spoilt it. Even one small family of a mum, dad and small child, they shouted to each other every morning at breakfast. Whilst I appreciate that it's by no means the hotel's fault for the rude and loud behaviour, I do feel it is the hotel's responsibility to remind these guests (or any guests making such noise) that they're not the only ones in the hotel and most other people like to be able to hear themselves talk to each other without the constant shouting coming from them. Breakfast was ample. The same every day - rice porridge, hot dogs, fried eggs, boiled eggs, fried rice, noodles, toast, fruit, jam, juice, tea and coffee.

5 Star atmosphere but disappointed service
Everything was almost perfect but lack of service. I booked the hotel through Expedia. I tried to inform them about the bed type. I emailed to Expedia but no response. Next step, I contacted the hotel through the website and neither response. So, I called the hotel, I told them what I wanted to request but the staff denied to help and kept telling me to contact with agency. I told that I just wanted to request the bed to Twin and I didn't change anything. It was so annoying just only wanted to request for the bed! I contacted them again on the check-in date that my friend will check-in first and also asked again if I can request for the bed. They said I should contact them 7 days before arrival. I booked this place a month before and contacted them many times. My problem was solved by saying "No, you should contact with the agency" with the same person! Finally, my friend checked-in and told them what happened to me and my requesting was managed. On the next day, the breakfast was served near the swimming pool, no refilled foods or drinks. So awful. When we checked-out, unwelcome receptionist even saying good bye or thank you to us. The best I got from this place is the view and surrounding.
