If you're looking for a great place to stay, this is it. The room was exceptionally comfortable and perfectly clean. The excellent service and great facilities really made the trip special. We had a wonderful time and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I would highly recommend Pillows Boutique Hotel if you don't need to be in the heart of Chiang Mai, and want a luxury hotel for a budget price. The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. The only negative was having to go outside the hotel to smoke as there was no balcony, but that is a very minor inconvenience. The breakfast was included in the price and was very good, not a ton of options, but what they had was fantastic. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love this hotel. The rooms are new and clean, and there's plenty of parking. The rooms are spacious and more than worth the price. The location is a bit far from the city, but that wasn't a problem for us as we don't like crowds anyway. The cafe in the parking lot is also great with delicious drinks. I hope it doesn't become too popular; I appreciate the peace and quiet it offers.

This is my second stay here and it's as good as ever. I recommend sleeping far from the elevator because you'll hear the elevator buttons in the morning.

I got room 109 with a double bed on the ground floor, right from the lobby. I think it's a senior room. There are plenty of grab bars in every part of the bathroom, which is good for seniors. There's no view. ... The shower water flows directly into the water heater connector. The shower head doesn't hold up to the weight and falls out when plugged in. ... The breakfast was delicious. The staff wasn't too pushy. It's a shame the coffee quality is so good, which is served directly from a jar.

The accommodation is very clean. The furniture is quite new, the air conditioning is cool and comfortable, the breakfast is ok. When someone opens the door or talks in front of the room, you can hear it clearly. I don't know if the walls are thin or not. The price is not expensive. Overall, I like it.

The accommodation is good, but in the morning the cleaning staff took a small, mischievous child to run and play in the walkway in front of the room. make noise for a very long time It is disturbing to rest. and would like to improve this part as much as possible

New hotel, new building, nice, tidy, clean. But the bathroom is easily to get slipped, especially for elders. It might need some anti-slip for more safety in the bathroom. Also it would be nice if there ' s a mat towel in every bathroom.
