PS Extra Hotel

Since the renovation, the rooms look cleaner and the amenities are excellent. The area outside the rooms is bright and the hallways are clean. A very pleasant place to stay.

It's a bit too bright during the day, so I need to use blackout curtains. The water pressure for showering is also too low.

Second time here! Easy check-in procedure. Front desk speaking Bahasa Melayu 👍 murah dan luas. Please maintain the price forever 😭🙏

I have stayed at this hotel a few times, good service & good price. The staff is kind and helpful. But when I wanted to take coffee at the machine & some cookies at 10.10 am, the staff said that the last time to take coffee was at 10.00 😀

We stayed a night in this hotel, which was a bit further away from the city center, but we are nevertheless happy with this trip and thank you to all the staff.

The atmosphere is good, the bed is soft and comfortable. The staff is friendly and provides good service. The only downside is that the room is not soundproof. You can hear sounds from outside very often, and sounds from inside can also be heard outside a lot. But overall, it's good.

Convenient, clean, safe, but the wifi signal is not as stable as it should be. Everything else is great. I'm impressed.😍😍😍

The stay at ps extra Hotel was pretty decent. It has a Big C supermarket nearby which makes shopping very convenient. It is in close proximity to the nearby popular tourist attractions. The hotel itself only gave one set of keycards which meant that if we split our party, we are unable to enter the lift or enter our rooms, and would require knocking on our room door and climbing stairs (Depending on your level it might be tough). Occasionally they help to tap the lift access card if they see you but sometimes they do not help. They do provide bottled water on a daily basis but no kettle is provided in the room. Should you require hot water you would need to make your way to level 1 at the water dispenser which dispenses hot or cold water. There is no option for do not disturb so expect housekeeping to enter daily and do some simple tidying up for you. The water flow for the shower is pretty small, there is a problem of no hot water which happens frequently.
