The room is in very good condition. Like in the picture Value for money But attached to the bathroom a bit All of them are good. The hair dryer is also provided in the room. Near Nimman There is a 24 hour golf cart shuttle. Very good. The atmosphere in the accommodation is good. There are many shooting angles, so I'm impressed.

The hotel is located in a side street closer to the irrigation canal road than Nimmanhaemin Road, making it convenient for travel and close to Chiang Mai University. The rooms are good and well-equipped. Snacks are available throughout the day in the relaxation area near the reception. The staff are lovely.

- The rooms are located in an alley near One Nimman, but the hotel itself is quite deep in the alley.
- However, a golf cart service is provided.
- Breakfast is included.
- Snacks are available.
- The staff is friendly.
Cons:
- The rooms are not very soundproof.
- The elevator only goes up half a floor, so carrying large luggage is inconvenient.

I've stayed here twice now. The staff are lovely, smiling, and welcoming. I like the location because it's not far from Nimman. There's always a shuttle service. This time I booked a room with a bathtub, but the hot water was very difficult to use because it's still a gas system (it might be my fault for not knowing how to use it, but that's okay. I was a bit disappointed because it took a while to adjust the temperature to my liking). I got on the 7th floor, which is the top floor. During the day, it was so hot that I had to go outside because the air conditioning couldn't handle it. 😂

Value for room rate ratio is good. Noise from aircrafts is always present. When you've booked the standard room you cannot get a higher floor than the second floor.

The accommodation is located in the city, Nimmanhaemin Road, easy to travel. However, the parking lot is a bit small. If the hotel area is full, you have to park on the side of the road or outside. The room has complete facilities, Wi-Fi, good breakfast, hot rice soup, salad, bread and many other things. If you stay on the 2nd-3rd floor, you may hear the sound from below clearly.

Everything is quite good, the service is satisfying, the location is close to everywhere, the rooms are clean and the lights are plenty and bright, me and my family are very satisfied. The only minus is that the water in the shower is very small. I really don't like it.

I'm not going anymore. I'm annoyed by the very loud noise next to the room. Stayed on the 6th floor, next to the VIP room, loud noise all night. No consideration. The hotel is not responsible. The hotel doesn't take care of me. I haven't gone. I've been staying for 4 years and this time it's ruined.
