Greatly enjoyed our one-night stay! The Series stands atop for hospitality standards among others. It has easily become our most favorite resort in Khao Yai so far! Will definitely come back!
It’s our first time here. We stayed at studio suite king - heated plunge pool. The hotel is great. The room is very clean and comfortable. Staff are very nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good and very tasty. Good view and good atmosphere.

No wifi, the water pressure is very low, the housekeeper tried our skincare without our knowing, no phone, from our room to lobby is very far, the service is bad! I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Do not come here!
The hotel itself was good, beautiful ambience and room. My son loved it. BUT the service needs serious improvement. We understand we were there during the high season but the hotel needs more manpower & training: 1. We arrived at around 3-4pm, there were no bellman and we had to carry the luggage ourselves. After telling one of the receptionist and checking in, I had to emphasize to the front office that those are my bags on the trolley and the lady told me to tell the bellman and he'll escort us. The bellman didn't even know those were our luggages and nearly took another guest ' s luggage by mistake. I had never had to carry my own luggages and had a receptionist tell me to tell a bellman where to take my things before. 2. There was a bunch of tourists going into the alpaca area without masks when the door had a sign to wear masks at all time. After asking the guy he told me “oh that sign is from a long time ago” … then shouldn't you take it off? 3. Took forever to get towels even though I told them my son needed them. 4. Went to breakfast and asked for a highchair as I was carrying my son. Never got it and had to carry him out to tell the waitress again. 5. Ordered eggs and it was never delivered so had to tell the chef again twice. First one was mine they said they were still making it so maybe there was a long wait. Second one they said the waitress probably served it to someone else and made a new one straightaway only to make a wrong order but we didn't bother to tell him. 6. Had dinner at the restaurant and service took forever to get orders. … should I go on? Seriously the hotel is great but the service is below standard for the room rates.
Great Hotel at economical price. Perfect for travellers with cars. There is a lively market nearby (5min walking) where you can wind down in the evening, beer garden style as well as restaurants and bars. A 7-11 is 3min by foot away. It was a great business trip accommodation for me.
Everything was good, except the hot water tap took too long to get warm/hot. We stayed in room numbers 122. The room is quite small, but still OK, maybe a little small for family who brings lot of luggages. The view from our room is excellent. 7-11 a bit far from this hotel if you need to run for some errands.
