View next to Kwan Phayao But the room is very dirty. The air conditioner is not cold at all. And the room has a bad smell from the bathroom, the smell comes out all over the room. And there are ants walking up, the clothes are dusty, the attendant has been invited to look at the problematic room, we booked 4 rooms, all 4 rooms had problems until the officer apologized. And talked if there were improvements in cleanliness and smell in the room Next opportunity I will come back and stay again, book and stay on March 23, '64 (the accommodation refunds the accommodation cost) and apologizes

The room is not very new. But overall clean Rim Kwan is very good. Service is good. Breakfast is delicious. There are staff cleaning the room like a hotel. But the room is not very quiet. I heard a lot of noise. Overall, pass in. Cheap price.
