great place, good location
This place is very nice, and the staff were super friendly and helpful (unlike larger hotels in thailand). Common in Thailand the shower is meh, and you need to use extra towels to keep the bathroom floor dry. Also, it is one of these places where the AC only works when you're in the room with your key, so drying anything other than tropic weight or sports material clothing overnight if you're doing laundry day to day is not advised. Great street food, coffee shops, lots of neighborhood to walk around in and explore during the day, and a really nice papaya lunch shack up to the main street, right to the Rstr8t coffee shop, then left down a small street.

This place is a little gem. Location is only 100 m from Nimmanhaemin Road with all its eateries, massages and upmarket boutiques. Although it's a budget hotel, the design belies it. Attention has been paid to the design scheme, which is modern, cool and cute Thai. The lobby features motorbikes and accessories displayed as art objects. The room was spacious, in white, with furniture of white steel and wood; the bed large and with a firm mattress and good linen. The bathroom features white tiles with black grout, a shower with instant electric hot water and of course a Western-style toilet. There was also a small balcony. The wifi is fast and free. Breakfast is ordered upon check in, being brought in from outside. What I asked for didn't arrive, it seems, but was good nonetheless. That said, it's hard to find bad food in Thailand, even in many-starred hotels that seem to specialise in serving awful food the world over. Room no. 7 definitely falls into neither category of many-starred nor bad food. It is a sweet little place. As was the front of house staff: a very elegantly dressed young lady who was friendly and funny and very helpful. According to her, the hotel is Thai-owned and has others in Bangkok and another city. Well worth the few baht they charge for the pleasure of experiencing thoughtful, modern hospitality.

Very helpful and friendly
I travel a lot and stayed from guest house to 6 star luxury hotels. I can definitely say this is truly worth it, no it is way beyond what you pay. The location is great just near the main road (I say "near" so you don't get the main street noise but have to bear with the airplane noise which I don't think you can avoid if you stay this area) What I can say the best of this hotel is the lady at the reception (OMG, I didn't ask her name. Sorry) She was very nice and helpful for what I need such a using their laptop computer and finding the massage place and arranging for it. I felt like she is my local friend who is willing to do her best to make sure me being happy at her house! I definitely recommend Room No.7 Very modern and clean room is the benefit of this "brand new hotel" I heard they opened 4 months ago.

Perfect for Bike Lovers and Short Stay
It is a new hotel. The room is clean (decoration all white) , comfortable and good value for money. The location is in centre of Nimman , a few steps from the main road and surrounded with good restaurants. At night, you can hear a bit of noise of sport cars and bikes. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Although it is small hotel , it has an elevator. You need to prepare cash to pay at the hotel, they do not accept any credit card. Breakfast has a little choice.
