Great little place with cute interior decor. They have a free shuttle to the bus terminal to travel out of Sukhothai as well as a shuttle to the bus stop that takes you to the Old City historic site. Breakfast was extremely average, do not recommend. The toilets are basic - definitely clean though.

Beautifully decorated hotel with a kind and accommodating staff at a very reasonable price. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and included breakfast was fine. Definitely bring mosquito spray! Would stay again.

The host is courteous but the room is not cold due to the aircon. The aircon is also making loud noise. The location is also pretty difficult to find

The hotel is quite lovely and tastefully decorated thai style, including a nice swimming pool. It is better as a car hotel as it is in new sukotai, a bit far from the ruins. However be csreful if you make a mistake in your booking (e.g. days) as they are quite strict regarding booking changes. Apart from that the staff were pleasant and helpful.

it was a nice place, however it has a tiered feel to it. it located not in the best area half way between airport and old city. the bikes offered by hotel do not help you to explore, as it is too far from the old city to go by an old cruiser bike. It is about 18 miles away and does not have anything interesting near by. do not have too much expectations for breakfast regardless you have one included with your room.

The service is one of the best hotels ever stayed, the owner even took me to coach station at 7:00 am for free, can't thank them more, highly recommended.

Great as always. As a regular visitor and someone who has booked put the entire hotel on multiple occasions it would be nice to be greeted with some familiarity. Staff are friendly but obviously dont really pay that much attention. Hotel is beautiful - best if you have own transport.

They had 2 English speaking people whose English is very good. There was a really nice Sukhothai noodle restaurant nearby the hotel.

Nice hotel full of character. A big effort has been made to try and ensure the decor gives the impression of an historical Thai dwelling. The place is crammed with all sorts of artifacts, but it works and blends with the predominantly wooden surroundings. We stayed here on our way to Chiang Mai for one night and it was ideal. There is a central pool in what presumably was once a courtyard with a number of rooms leading directly out to it. Seems a good idea except there is no privacy. You either sit in the room or round the pool. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, which was very basic and not to our liking as there was too limited a choice. The room was ok for what we wanted. Small and basic. Big issue was the dirty brown water when the toilet was flushed or the sink taps turned on. In fact we didn't use the shower incase the water was the same so had to leave without a decent wash. Overall we found it a convenient one night cheap stopover. Had we been staying any longer we would have moved to a different hotel

I stayed here once before and we liked the people, atmosphere rooms and especially value. I think it's a real find.

Definitely not at the same quality of hotels I usually stay. That said I think this hotel was excellent value for the price I paid. The room was good size. Hotel is about 1 mile from the city center where you can find a 7-11 and other shopping and restaurants.

Quaint and interesting hotel with friendly staff and neat ambiance.

Not far from town and away from the backpacker strip, you feel like you are in a peaceful residential area. The pool was lovely and the rooms are beautiful. I slept really well and would definitely return. The staff did everything to make my stay perfect
