Receptionist, poor service, speak badly. The door of the room did not open, called down, the employee gave an answer and hurriedly hung up the phone, hitting it. We are still confused about what we did wrong. Feels strange since I checked in. I want to warn night shift workers on January 28, 2021 for inappropriate behavior.

Accommodation near Central, next to the road, convenient transportation, new rooms, spacious, clean, but the front-facing staff does not accept guests. Not ready for service Come to stay twice with the likes of the room But the front desk staff is still sullen, not smiling like customers come to ask for a mattress. No mind, ready to service and why come to work service? The hotel should have training on new services. Looks like the staff are not ready for this type of service, so customers don't want to stay again. Around the front, hoping to meet with the front-line staff who are more ready to serve. Want to improve There is a staff like this. Pity the hotel owner.
