There has been storms around the hotel area which destroyed a bit of the beach scenery so the hotel is fixing it during 25 June - 10 July. Some constructions may be blocking the view but guests can still enjoy the sea as normal.

The room was clean and tidy, but there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided. There were two umbrellas in the room, and a hairdryer with both hot and cold air. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices. We also received two tickets for the hotel's miniature train to the beach, which allowed us one free round-trip per person. We loved it! It was great not having to walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We would definitely like to stay here again next time.

Good service staff, everyone in every department The room is comfortable. The swimming pool is clean and fun to play in. There is a separation between the pool in the pool access room and the central swimming pool. The beach is wide and sandy, fun to play with. My son really likes it. In the hotel, there are impressive activities to do, namely the roundtrip train from the lobby to the beach. The hotel's food is very delicious, both in the restaurant and in the breakfast section, the taste is much more palatable than other hotels. I would like to recommend food that is eaten at the pool or beach. The hotel puts it in cardboard boxes, unlike other hotels that put it on beautiful plates like eating in the dining room. I would like to improve this part.

First time on Chao Lao Beach. Easy to find and not crowded at the hotel and nearby. Quick check-in with drinks. The hotel contains 3 buildings and has a very good layout; not far to walk from the lobby to the beach. The room is clean and good, but the water flow is not quite strong. The swimming pool is wide and adjacent to the beach and restaurant. The breakfast is very good and has an assortment of menu (recommended for the person who likes eating).

Beautifull hotel at the beach. Unfortunately the staff was not well trained by my opinion. As we visited them the first year after corona, I do understand that they probably had to hire new staff. Therefore I do not critesize them too hard. This hotel was visited by Thai domestic guest mostly. My advise is to bring and train the hotel to more international standard.
