Parking is difficult... because the hotel doesn't provide it... just roadside parking...

The hotel is clean and tidy, close to Hatyai train station, Kimyong Market and Lee Garden Night Market, if I go there again I will stay there, highly recommended 👍

Since we were going to see the concert 'Pung Tai Phase 3' at The Pirates Park Hat Yai, we searched for information about the room. After searching for information, we chose from the stars of the review. Sandee Room got 9/10, so we felt that it was okay to choose this place because it got 9/10 stars, so it should be okay. But in conclusion, 1. Pung Tai Phase 3' at The Pirates Park Hat Yai ended at around 2 am. We booked 2 rooms because there were 4 of us. The rooms we got were 201 and 203. After that, we went our separate ways. 2. Room 203 was dirty. The room smelled really bad, like no one had stayed there for a long time. Not only that, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. It was so confusing. Before we checked in, didn't the staff come to clean at all? It was really confusing. 3. Room 201 was in the condition attached. When we went to ask the staff (a Muslim girl), she had no communication skills at all. I'm not sure how she was able to work there. She was playing on her phone and couldn't answer any customer questions. When we asked why they didn't check the room properly. How could the system assign a room to a room that hadn't been cleaned yet? The hotel didn't check before we checked in. There was no answer from the staff. Not even an apology. Very disappointed. Actually, we wanted to stay somewhere else, but at 2 am, the kids needed a rest. We came from another province, so we had to endure it. The staff let us stay in room 502 instead. 4. Both rooms smelled really bad. The condition was really bad. We checked out at 7 am. It was so early in the morning. We couldn't stand the smell. If anyone is going to stay here, I have one suggestion: stay somewhere else.

Location near lee garden, kim yong market and others easy to find food. The hotel is old model but ok for rest. Near motorbike rental place too.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, indeed this hotel is not big, but it is quite satisfying for the 4 of us, we booked a family room, but it fits 5 people, the room price is quite cheap, the location is in the city center, near the market and plaza, there are lots of halal foods, we were also allowed to check in early, no deposit required, no tax... the customer service who wears a hijab is quite friendly and likes to smile.

The place is ok, the room is old style. It's like a boarding house but overall it's ok

This is my first time staying at Sandee room, the room service is good. Big room and clean. Near from halal restaurants. I recommend this hotel for your trip.

Hotel very near to anywhere. Very recommended. Clean room. All is real like their post, and have a lift to each floor. Staff all kind.

The hotel staff is friendly, I ordered a triple room with 1 single bed, 1 double bed, there is a balcony, there are chairs, a refrigerator and a clothesline inside, the room is spacious, there are 4 mineral waters, the bathroom is clean, the location is strategic, close to everywhere. Near the train station, Odean Mall, Night Market, Seven Eleven is also close, I stayed here for 3 nights, there is a lift, I will definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend budget hotels. It's very good. Everywhere. The people are very friendly. The rooms are very clean.

Hotelnya murah tapi keren. Kamar luas untuk bertiga. Ada kulkas dan TV. Kamar mandi bersih dan ada penghangat. Naik ke lantai atas pakai lift, jadi tidak lelah. Dekat ke Kim Yong Market dan Lee Garden, bisa jalan kaki. Next kalau ke Hatyai lagi, mau pakai hotel ini lagi.

Hotelnya dekat dengan Odeon mall & LeeGarden Plaza. Cari makan halal gampang, hotel dipinggir jalan jadi mudah untuk order Grab. Pelayanan hotel semuanya bagus, resepsionis ramah & sangat membantu, kamar bersih. Next nginap lagi di sini.

The room looked like exactly the pictures, spacious, clean and comfy. The staff really helpful and nice. Strategic location, near Lee Garden plaza only 5 minutes walk and many Muslim restaurants around the hotel. Sure will be back again.
