The parking lot under the water has leaked from the pipe on the ceiling. The lower level is flooded. Hurriedly drove out because of scary And the room key 302, but when looking at the room next to room 303, the room door is not as good as it looks.

Now very bad Old room deteriorated Not repair There is nothing in the room. No drinking water is provided. No handkerchief Liquid soap has half a small bottle. And there are not many dust shampoos before, used to stay here many times.

First, I used to use the app for the first time. I normally use other brands. First, the elevator is broken, but I use 6 too much, and the door in the room is terrible. Booked in this app, 1200 baht, two nights paid successfully. The accommodation said that the app does not have reservations. Money is still on the app. Therefore making the stay difficult. The location and room equipments are good but staff service is not satisfied me as well as there is no security system. Everyone can enter to the room easily as it always open and no staff in the front.

This hotel has a good location (Near Central Airport and Chiang Mai Airport. But their service was not as good as I expected. ext. 1. Nobody at Check-In counter when I arrived (More than 1 hr. waiting) 2. They gave me the wrong WIFI password for twice times. - Still nobody at the counter when I requested a help 3. There are noisy from outside, I could not sleep well Hope they can improve to be better and to be the best in next time visiting
