We lost the thing in the room but they didn't inform when check out or call back after that. Bad impression! First time I called to ask them, they told that "no record from house keeper". Second time called, they said that they already informed me and I told that I don't want it anymore. But I never say that. Was your communication or questions clearly to the guess?

Quiet, cool place. Corner coffee shop to hear the river. Suitable for relaxation. The rooms are clean and well decorated, but we found the shampoo lasted a very strong smell. But when the maid immediately change it. So no problem All staff provide great assistance. Breakfast has quite a few options. Swimming pool is not clean. So do not use this service. Overall, I like it. If there is a chance, I want to go back to stay here again.
