เปิดประตูเข้าไป ในห้องพักมีกลิ่นบุหรี่แรงมาก ลองเปิดห้องทิ้งไว้สักพักกลิ่นยังไม่หาย จึงลงไปแจ้งพนักงานเพื่อขอเปลี่ยนห้อง แต่พนักงานแจ้งว่าไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือขอคืนเงินได้ เนื่องจากมีการใช้ห้องไปแล้ว จึงต้องขอเช็คเอ้าท์หลังจากที่เช็คอินเข้าพักไม่ถึง 1.5 ชั่วโมง
