Checked in late (8pm) called ahead and they were there right at check in. Bugs in toilet but rooms and shower were both very clean and the bed area themselves were very nice(hard beds but cozy little nook). Good place to catch up on sleep.
Booked an activity through them and got a free ride to pai because we did! They were even nice enough to set up pickup at the next hostel we were heading to (we had booked another place ahead). The man there even helped direct us were to go during the day and where all the markets were.
Was accidentally charged twice for the room (once online and once when I checked in) went down the next day and getting my money back was no hassle.

The accommodation is clean and the bathroom is the most impressive. The owner, Grandpa and Grandma, recommend everything to visit and eat. I am a woman. He will arrange for women. Safe. Really like it.

Receptionist is not 24 hour on duty. Luckily a guest was inside and opened the door for me. And luckily I can contact the hostel contact no. Apparently they stick a message outside the door. Drinking water was never available. But the receptionist is friendly enough. He gave info and direction of where I can go by taking public transport, and also booked for me minivan to go to Chiangrai. The hostel room is dark and quite old.
