The rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel is well located near the beach and other adventures.

It was in the center of all central Pataya has to offer a good restaurant & reasonable price room

The property is located near everything. You can walk to most attractions within minutes away or you can used the 10baht transport.

The rooms could use a small touch of comfort. Just to make them feel more homely. But neat and tidy! Front staff could practice their English a bit more. Was the hardest part of the whole stay.

Faulty towers of Pattaya. Staff got annoyed if I stayed in my room for more that 16 hours, becuase it used electricity. bedding was not changed daily. towels and toilets rolls were not given on occasions. T.V. locked out to all English speaking channels and subtiles locked. bluetooth on T.V. locked all done to encourage guests to vacate the rooms to save electric. Breakfast not included as stated. 300 baht deposit and only 200 Baht given back. Night receptionist rarely at his post, so no access to room key. Staff day and night were rude and unwelcoming. Swimming pool was a joke, about 12 foot length and 3 foot width, big enough for 1 person. If I hadn't already paid for a month in advance, I would haved vacated this hotel after the first night. Hated it and wont make the same mistake again. Never stay here.

This a B&B hostel and not a hotel as it was being advestised. Really disappointed with Expedia. FYI, I am unable to upload the signboard indicating Sureena B&B hotel.

Not good at all our driver dropped us off and we arrived to a huge construction site. The entire downstairs under construction the pool full of dust and dirt because of the construction there was no television working. We were not happy. If you like the sound of saws and drills running all day and dirt and dust everywhere extension cords to step over to get to the elevator this is the place for you. We didn't stay on our way out they said if you want some place nice go to a 5-star hotel. Just what I wanted some smart-ass comment as I had to take all my bags and get in a cab after my driver drop me off where I was supposed to be. Not too happy with hotels.com either for the difficulty level of getting a hold of anybody help center does not work. Can't make a phone call because I'm in a foreign country.

When I went to check in there were no rooms available, the clerk could not get ahold of the boss and I didn't get a refund for the room I paid for.

Great location and cheap, but still clean with good wifi & AC.

Looks like very old hotel with some recent improvements. Not bad. Surprising good breakfast. Clean.

I stayed in four different rooms one was badly infested with little ants,the bathroom in another one was infested as well,the other two were fine,the location is great ,the price was good but I would be afraid to stay there again as the ants totally freaked me out .I complained to hotels .com and was happy with their responce.

This is my second time visiting Sureena and I live their new elevator! Staff us oleasant, laundry is fast and inexpensive, breakfast is basic, but starts the day right. Convenient to Walking Street (5 minute walk or take Baht bus for 10 baht). Nirvana Spa is next door for a terrific massage (ask for Mint).

Close to beach and friendly staffs. We didnt get the exact room like in pictures but it was still nice. Breakfast is basic and could be improved but considered ok because room is so cheap for the location and what we received.

This place is in very poor condition, the stairs have a dirty and worn out carpet, the room was very basic and needed decorating. In addition they were working on the lift and there was banging and grinding every day from morning until 8pm.

The pictures advertised were not true lift was non existent work men banging the wall all the time. The room was extremely dirty the ceiling was falling apart fridge and tv were not working bathroom was extremely dirty and out dated.

Bad experience Need my full refund. Need little more neediness. But very good location

This is a small hotel in which the staff are very helpful. It's very clean. The only issue right now is remodeling. It's rather noisy first thing.
