The service staff were very good. However, the shower water was cloudy and had some debris in it; it didn't look clean. The water pressure was very low, and the toilet wasn't very clean. But the service from the staff was excellent.

The staff's service is excellent, they take care of customers. The price of the accommodation is not expensive, including breakfast. For dinner, you can sit and eat grilled pork in front of your room. The poolside area has a refreshing atmosphere in the morning, suitable for walking and exercising. However, the condition of the room has deteriorated over time because this resort has been established for a long time.

Let me review each issue. - Service: This is very bad. We checked in around 15:00-15:30 and the room was not cleaned yet. The housekeeper said that the previous guest had just checked out. I understand that this is something that should be reported to the customer at the front counter, not something that the housekeeper should know in front of the room. In addition, from what I've heard, there are many rooms that are not cleaned yet. I understand that during the high season, from what I've seen from the atmosphere around the hotel, it should have been open for a long time. The management should be better. - Parking: I saw that there was a small parking space provided, but there were still cars parked close to the front of the room. Some people parked blocking the way in and out. I'm not saying that it's the hotel's responsibility. The consciousness of the guests is also a part of it, but the hotel should manage this issue. - Finally, about the room: It's quite old, but it's according to the price. Don't expect anything. The water heater in the room didn't work and there was no Wi-Fi. If the hotel has already informed us, I apologize for bringing this up. To summarize, If anyone plans to stay in Khao Yai, I recommend staying somewhere else. But if you only have this option, be prepared.

**Check in 10 minutes, hurry to check out The room is very different from the picture, not like what was advertised The pool is green, the pond is very dry, the entrance looks creepy The atmosphere is very deserted, desolate, not sure if I was scammed The room is very dirty, not cleaned There are both gecko poop, ants all over the room and the worst thing is that it looks like a moldy dessert cup left in the room (as shown in the picture) And there is a bottle of water that has been drunk, under the bed there are leaves The hotel, how can you let the room go? I told the maid to clean it If the room is not like the picture, they will not refund. Traveloka will not approve the refund even though we have to send proof. Even though we have sent all this, they still do not refund. Why do you ask for proof? Very disappointed with this booking and this app. I would like to warn all friends. If you pass, pass. The picture is very different from the picture. You will lose money like us. It's like tricking people into booking.

It's old and smells really bad. There are yellow stains in the bathroom and it smells bad. I'm asking for a refund, but I don't know if I'll get it. I brought my kids to stay here. It's scary. The grass is overgrown and tall. The bathtub in front of the accommodation is covered in green algae. I really want a refund and I'm willing to let the fee be deducted.
