I really enjoyed staying at this hotel because it offers a strategic location near shopping areas. The hotel also has a nice and friendly staff who were very helpful to my mother who uses a wheelchair. The food is varied and delicious. The room is also spacious and very accommodating for guests who use wheelchairs. My mother was given a spacious bathroom so she can access it with her wheelchair. I really enjoyed my stay here. The Marina Phuket Hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, and modern rooms, attentive staff, and an excellent location—close to the beach and Patong's main attractions. The rooftop pool is a highlight in itself, with a wonderful view and a great atmosphere for relaxing. Excellent value. I recommend it without reservation!

The staff is very good, enthusiastic guides and also introduced us to a delicious restaurant called number 6. I rate this hotel as very thoughtful and sophisticated overall. In the breakfast room, there is a chart of which hours are crowded and which are quiet for guests to take initiative. There is also a luggage scale, sim card sales, coffee sales, and full food. When coming to Phuket, you should stay at this hotel because it is convenient to travel to the viewpoint cafe, old town, patong night market, .. or go on a tour of Phi Phi island. The only minus point is that the toilet is not very well designed so it is a bit damp.

Location: good location to walk to the patong beach and bangla road etc Very busy noisy road outside Room: our first room (411) was facing the main road was horrendous could not sleep atall the first night so asked to move rooms and they upgraded me to one facing the back of hotel (727) which noise was gone. Wouldnt say rooms are like luxurious but good for the money Staff: all staff our lovely! Very nice and friendly. The man who stands and greets you at the door is very nice. All staff behind reception lovely. Always greeting Rooftop: nice food, friendly staff and pool is great! Nice comfy beds to lie on

The staff was welcoming and responsive. The room was very clean. I love that I could borrow a towel for the beach instead of renting at other places. The breakfast had a lot of options. And the rooftop pool and bar has a beautiful view. I loved my stay here.
