I had a great time staying in the hotel. The staff were very friendly, informative, and helpful. I arranged a surprise birthday for my friend, and they were so helpful. They even prepared a cake for my friend from the hotel. It was such a heartwarming action. The hotel was great, with a big parking space, a huge lobby with a nice view, and the big swimming pool was everything. The food was good, so fresh and various. Special gratitude for Phi Pui, Meen, Tip, Tan, and Wan for helping me arrange a surprise event.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming us with a welcome drink, and helping us carry our luggage to our room. The atmosphere was very comfortable, and there was a shuttle bus from the hotel to Kata Beach and back. It was very pleasant. Thank you, and see you on your next vacation.

The room is spacious, separates the wet and dry zones well, the beds are comfortable, the staff are hot. Be careful of the beloved Beloy. There are clear and detailed instructions. Surprise birthday cakes are organized as requested.

It’s far from the beach and tourist area unless you take a rescheduled shuttle or rent a grab/bolt taxi. Good price, great food. Polite staff. Beautiful little pool, family/couple private calm style accommodation.

This hotel was promoted as having parking available, be careful especially during high season as there are probably not more than 12 parking spots and the hotel is located in a very small Soi (street) where there is no on road parking. Access to Kata beach is very limited as the hotel shuttle only runs every two hours and does not run after 6:30pm. The beaches are not walking distance.

The King size bed mattress is too soft and I just could not make use of it to sleep. The single bed has a firmer mattress. For the breadfast, the fruits and salad are alight. But not the bread. My group tried the different types of bread, they were not delicious ; they tasted more like those mass produced by factory, regretted paying for the breadfast.
