I loved it! It was my first time here, and the service was excellent. The accommodation was comfortable, the rooms were private and well-sounded. The food was delicious and varied. It was cool and relaxing, with both a pool and a beach to enjoy. There were boats available, beautiful photo spots, and a great atmosphere.

Travels Restrictions into Krabi Province 1. A person who has been vaccinated with 2 doses of vaccination with a certificate are allowed. 2. Or a negative covid-19 test will be required before arrival (72 Hrs.) with a certified document of test result by RT-PCR or Rapid Antigen test. 3. If does not have a documents to certify when entering the Krabi area must be detained for 14 days or according to the length of stay in Krabi Province. 4. Everyone will be to register via "QT14 KRABI" system and use "หมอชนะ" application. มาตรการเดินทางเข้าจังหวัดกระบี่ สำหรับผู้ที่เดินทางมาจากพื้นที่ควบคุมสูงสุดและเข้มงวด 1 ต้องแสดงเอกสารใบรับรองฉีดวัคซีนครบ 2 เข็ม หรือผลตรวจ Covid-19 แบบ RT-PCR หรือ แบบ Rapid Antigen ระยะเวลา 72 ชม. ก่อนเดินทาง หากไม่มีต้องไปตรวจที่ รพ.ในพื้นที่กระบี่ภายใน 24 ชม. 2.หากเดินทางมาโดยไม่มีเอกสารรับรองใดๆ ต้องเข้ารับการกักตัว 14 วัน หรือตามระยะเวลาพำนักจริงในสถานที่่ที่คณะกรรมการ โรคติดต่อจังหวัดกระบี่เห็นควร 3.กรณีที่มีใบรับรองการกักตัว Local Quarantine หรือ State Quarantine หรือการเดินทางเนื่องจากภารกิจที่กำหนดแล้วไม่ต้องกักตัว 4.ต้องรายงานตัวผ่านระบบออนไลน์ QT14 หรือรายงานตัวต่อเจ้าหน้าที่คัดกรองที่ด่านตรวจ พร้อมโหลดแอปหมอชนะ และปฏิบัติตัวตามมาตรการสาธารณะสุขอย่างเคร่งครัด

Breakfasts were really good, so much variety and had the choices how you want your eggs. The staffs are extremely cordial and helpful. Our room was by the swimming pool, just go out on the patio and go down 2 steps and here you are. It’s like having your own swimming pool. Really enjoyable

This location is phenomenal. Right on a beautiful beach. But there is not much to do so if your not into just being chill it may not be for you. Not to be petty but the staff work against this place they are Pinching every penny and limit towels, sheet changes, shampoo replacement and yes even toilet paper. This stingy approach takes some of the shine off what otherwise is a really great place.

I mistakenly booked the wrong dates, so when I arrived at the hotel to check in, it was actually the day we were schedules to check out, so the hotel didn't have a room for us. (This of course was my mistake). The hotel was fully booked for the entire month so we ended up having to go elsewhere. Thankfully our driver who picked us up from the airport stayed with us and took us to a nearby hotel and ensured we had a room for the night. Tup Kaek Resort wasn't helpful at all, and actually seemed a little annoyed. I reached out to Expedia customer service to see if there was any way I could get a refund or credit to my account, acknowledging that it was my mistake but hoping maybe we could get even a partial refund to offset the extra cost. Apparently the Hotel marks the stay as "completed" even if the guest never checks in. I obviously had no idea I had booked the incorrect dates until we showed up there, but it would have been nice to get a courtesy call from the hotel to inquire as to why we had not checked in. Because the hotel marked the booking as completed, expedia is unable to offer any refund or credit and the hotel is unwilling to offer anything. Of all the places we have stayed in SE asia, everyone has been SO lovely and accommodating but unfortunately I didn't feel this resort was friendly at all.

They charged us 100% of our stay up front, over $900. When I broke my foot and had to cancel over a week before our date to be there, they kept the entire amount. Usually for lodging reservations (over most of the places we've stayed in the world!) a 48 hour cancellation policy is standard. To not refund any of our payment is just wrong. I won't visit the place in the future. I suggest you think hard before reserving a room at this establishment.

As for the restaurant, I found the atmosphere to be lacking warmth and friendliness among the staff, which was disappointing, especially during breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was rather underwhelming—I'd rate it a 3 out of 10. I noticed that certain food items were consistently running low, and despite being there for four days, they were never replenished after 9:30 AM. Overall, there's definitely room for improvement in both service and dining experiences. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

The room was extremely comfortable and the staff very courteous. However, both my wife and I were extremely ill after eating in the resort. Aa the resort itself is quite isolated, there are only a handful of other restaurant options aling the beach.

It’s was a ok stay! The resort is nice! Great pool and beach, we had a issue with the laundry the laundry came back shrunk and does not really fit us anymore, from a 650 bill but didn’t wipe out our bill just knocked 200 Bhat. And that was after a long conversation.
