น้ำไม่ระบายในห้องน้ำ พนักงานไม่สนใจผู้เข้าพัก ไม่บอกรายละเอียดอะไร สนใจแต่ลูกค้าที่จองมาเป็นทัวร์ ต้องออกไปหาข้าวเย็นกินทุกวันเพราะ ไม่มีร้านอาหารบริการ ทำกับข้าวให้แต่ลูกค้าทัวร์ ไม่ได้สนใจลูกค้าที่มาจำนวนน้อย

The new Villa on the river was good. People is helpful when you want to see the waterfalls. Descent breakfast but OK. Probably the best choice in Umphang.

We had a new villa with 2 rooms, beautifully located directly on the river. There is a modest breakfast buffet, but it 's OK. The people are nice and helpful. Help plan trips to the waterfalls. Have their own vehicles and drivers.

จองไป 2 bookings โทรไปสอบถามพนักงานก่อนเข้าพัก 1 วันบอกวาายังไม่ได้ดูที่ระบบ วันที่เข้าพักไปแต่เช้าเพื่อดูว่าห้องพร้อมไหม พนักงานบอกว่าวันที่ที่จองไม่ถูกต้อง เลยต้องเอาอีเมล์ให้ดูถึงกลับไปเช็ค ออกไปกินข้าวกลับเข้ามา ให้เด็กพาไปห้องพักไม่ขอโทษสักคำ ไปถึงห้องพักจองห้อง 1 เตียงใหญ่กับ 1 เตียงเล็กได้ห้องไม่ตรงกับที่จอง แต่ไม่อยากไปติดต่อเพราะเสียความรู้สึกตั้งแต่ check in ไม่ให้เข้ามูลอะไรเลย ต้องถามเด็กว่าข้าวเช้าเริ่มกี่โมงมีอะไรบ้าง ห้องพักน้ำไม่ระบายในห้องน้ำ มดดำเยอะ ถามเรื่องข้าวเย็นบอกว่ามีให้แค่ทัวร์ แต่ถ้าจะสั่งก็สั่งได้ แต่เหมือนไม่ค่อยอยากรับลูกค้า โดยรวมรู้สึกแย่กับการจองครั้งนี้ ไม่เคยพักที่ไหนแล้วที่พักไม่สนใจลูกค้าแบบนี้มาก่อน ต่อไปจะไม่จองผ่านระบบอีก แย่มากเสียความรู้สึก
