24 Hostel

1). When I checked-in the 24 Poshtel owner told me that room have available only 1 room while I booked and paid for 2 rooms (twin beds room type). And one room that available have only 1 bed while my family have 3 persons.. 2). After we nego with the owner , then they asked time and called back to me again. At this time, they informed me they can find one more room for me. Finally, we got 2 rooms with condition 1 twin beds room (room#503) and 1 single room (room#405 that I stayed.) In actually, I should get some refund from the owner due to they provided rooms to me not comply with my booking and payment....but at that time I did not have choices because many hotel and hostel in Salaya not have available room due to there were many students from many provinces came to test for apply into Mahidol University as the same my nephew. 3). There were many mosquitoes in room #405. I were bited by many mosquitoes through the night. 4). This hostel not safety in case of fire due to they have no fire escape way....and room #405 have no window that can see view outside...OMG...I looked like stay in the jail. So, that 's why this room have smell not fell fresh when I opened and accessed into this room. This room never touch sunshine due to have no window. 5). The room size very small and narrow. 6). They have no any staff to take care guest. 7). Values not match with price... 8). If agent don't want your image get loses, I recommend should reject this hostel out off your list asap. Their hostel quality have values lower than your minimum standard.

Feel very bad Most recently, going to make up the bride, hit 2 am, there is a car parked out. Can not understand that in the morning to come back at 6 o'clock in the morning, still can not leave. 10 o'clock is not yet. The owner didn't help with anything at all since the regime was like turning off the engine or blocking the number. Wherever the owner could not find him, chased and knocked in every room. (I know because I randomly found the room where my girlfriend was sleeping).
